The trouble with this place is simple. There are way too few rules about adults. Not the kids. The kids are fine, it's the adults. We were at sky zone this past weekend with our 8 and 4 year old. They were having a grand old time. Then, some adult in his 40's decides to go barreling across all the trampoline squares at full speed. He absolutely crushes into my 4 year old who was happily bouncing away. He had ZERO remorse. He couldn't have given two shits about what he had done. He had absolutely no reason to be doing what he was doing with Tons of small children around. NO ADULT SHOULD BE JUMPING WHERE THE LITTLE KIDS JUMP. So here is what the staff that were watching over the area did. NOTHING. The girl stood there and watched the whole thing happen and did NOTHING. It was a total joke. He should have been removed and asked to leave. No one did anything. If you decide to go here , fine. But watch out for the dingus with the long red beard and the big cross tattooed on his arm. He is of the lowest class, and he might barrel over your child like he is playing football. To sky zone. Make some rules about adults. I know you make people sign their life away just to enter your business, but Your place is a joke until you control the adults. read more

Unfriendly snotty girl waited on me and my three grandchildren. Had difficulty "registering" them on their computer system and when asked a question was given a hateful reply. I can take all this but my main beef was they overcharged me and I didn't realize it until later. It says if you have a toddler you can "jump" with them for $5.99. She charged me full price. I am 58 years old and only went in the areas to get my grandson. Just be careful what they charge you...deceiving. read more
