Classes are no larger than eight people most days, and each person gets to work at a built-up mat with a tower. So the first 30 minutes of class are traditional mat followed by some work with bands, bars, etc. It's a great 45-minute workout, and she is incredibly focused and fun at the same time. Robin was certified through the authentic Joseph Pilates group in New York, so she's the real deal. I've been with her for about a year and have been impressed with the body changes.

Soon they were disappointed because the diving boards were closed off. The lifeguard says that there was "too many chemicals and that they couldn't see below the waters surface." That seems like something that could be solved by just having less chemicals in the water but ok. The snacks were inexpensive and the crowd was friendly. I hope the boards will be open the next time we come.

I can tell you it's a beautiful course with some fast-running greens, numerous hills, and chock full of traps consisting of native plants. My friends found it challenging, fun, and well worth the greens-fees. I'll have to leave it there until I get some clubs and lessons.... Based on the little I know, what I saw and heard, I feel safe in recommending this course. I think my friends would agree.
