After researching online, I reached out to GavTax for CPA advise on how to maximize tax benefits. Sonia at GavTax immediately followed up with me. We had a free initial call to see if their services could help. After that, we scheduled a 1 hour consultation. Sonia was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. I sent her a list of questions the day before our consultation which Sonia then used to create a powerpoint presentation which answered in detail everyone one of my questions and she addressed things I didn't even think about. Additionally, Sonia provided recommendations and connected me with firms that specialize in creating an LLC and completing a Cost Segregation Study plus bonus depreciation for additional tax benefits. Throughout the process Sonia communicated clear expectations and cost estimates for their services. I plan to also use GavTax to file my 2026 tax return.
