If i could give zero stars I would. I had the most unpleasant experience with the owner Chloe. I went in with my sister for a special girls day and to get a birthday nail design, excited to treat myself, but what I received was far from what I expected. My appointment that a deposit was paid for was scheduled for 10:15 and Chloe did not show up until 10:40. From the moment I sat down, she was extremely rude and dismissive. She seemed to be rushing through my appointment, making me feel like I was just another number instead of a valued customer. When I tried to explain the design I wanted, she flat-out refused to even try it despite it being a design she previously did. She stated my nails were not the right shape and told me to pick a "simple design". Her attitude only got worse as the appointment went on, and she became increasingly rough while filing my nails. Her lack of care and respect was so overwhelming that I had to stop her mid-service and walk out. I was so upset that I left the salon in tears. This was supposed to be a fun and relaxing experience for my sister and i but it turned into a stressful ordeal. I would not recommend Chloe to anyone looking for a positive and enjoyable nail service which is unfortunate given the fact, she seems really talented. have never been to a salon where the owner was so mean, rude, and instantly killed the vibe of the salon when she walked in. Me and my sister set up a girls date for pedicures and her nails. We paid a deposit for an appointment at 10:15 AM. The owner, Chloe, who was paid the deposit to do my sisters nails, didn't show up until 10:45. I had already started my toes with Ada. My sister chose a design that Chloe had previously done on another client and posted on her IG page. Chloe said "I can't do that choose something simple like French". I thought to myself. I'm sorry ma'am this is your design how can't you do it now? Because you're late and already cut 30 minute into the chair time." These were my sister birthday nails. My sister made her stop and left. I finishea my pedicure with Ada who was amazing and very nice. My toes came out so nice ! Needless to say I'll come back for ADA but Chloe the owner, im going to pray for you mama. Honestly very confused on their Facebook the nails are BEAUTIFUL. I got dip powder with tips and i had a set on. Never have I ever had them ripped off like that. The lady soaked them and didn't re soak she just ripped them off. My nails hurt so bad then when she was e filing them she kept burning me. The shape is all wrong they're all flat. She made them so thick. I came from mayslanding bevause they seemed so great. It was $35 then he said since I got tips it was $45 when my place is $30 and does such a better job then this. Sorry but I'm very unimpressed. Don't let them scam you! read more

I've been a customer as long as they've been open. Chloe is the best nail technician I've ever had! Every time I walk in I am greeted with a hello and a smile. The prices may be higher than other salons in the area, but the price you pay is worth it because of the amazing quality. I am able to go three weeks between sets, they never break off. So I moved to the millville / Vineland area and was in need of a new nail tech so I was recommended to sky nails and spa my first experience was GREAT Kiara did my nails she was so nice and welcoming . A few days after my refill my color started to chip so I went back to show her that the color had chipped just after about 4 days so i got the color changed to a diff color which costed me 15.00 which was fine 3 days later my gel OPI polish started to peel off I could literally pull the polish off and my acrylic was chipping so when I reached out to sky nails I was basically told this was Normal wear and tear and that if my polish was chipping then other customers would of had the same compliments i felt like it was a run around and instead of saying " hey come in let's take a look " i was told " thank you for your business very unprofessional if you ask me . I feel as if I spent my money for trash work sorry not sorry read more

Today I called and set up refill appt for myself and 2 daughters. Someone called me right back and told Me I wasn't welcome to return as it seems I'm never satisfied. This all stems from a complaint to Chloe I voiced months ago about 1 nail I didn't like them she charged me $10 extra saying it was a created nail. I told her before I ever went to pay my dislike for this particular nail. Then to have to pay extra for it was ridiculous, nevertheless I paid. I was not ignorant, loud or disrespectful. Chloe has given me w an attitude every time since then. Even after I changed techs when I noticed her unwelcoming disposition. I've seen people cuss techs out be loud boisterous and downright ignorant and rude. I've never behaved like that. Anytime I'm unhappy I feel it's within my right as a paying customer w 3 daughters (2 of which I pay their bill) that were going to that shop to reasonably express any issues I may have had. Beware if you don't expect to give any feedback you'll be fine but if you have any opinions about your nails be prepared to keep your mouth shut or you may also experience the wrath of the moody Chloe!! Might I add I've been getting my nails done for over 25 years so I know exactly what I like n should be able to express myself. read more
