Excellent teachers and teaches discipline in child. My child is in yellow belt and he loves this place.

This review is LONG overdue. I could honestly write a novella about how much I love Sky Martial Arts! They've somehow created an incredibly warm and welcoming environment while remaining deeply rooted in discipline and respect . The growth I've seen in both my boys has been incredible. From their excitement to attend class to their newfound confidence, coordination, and pride in what they're learning, I couldn't be more grateful. (Especially considering my youngest did not want to attend at all, and now he's so excited to attend) Masters Hwang and Jon are simply amazing with the kids (and hilarious!). Everything they do is thoughtful and intentional, and the leaders they're developing are a testament to that. Also a Special shout-out to Instructor Kellen & Instructor Rose! The Masters have have this wonderful ability to help the kids see their potential by truly challenging them while simultaneously building them up. Watching my boys at taekwondo has become one of my favorite parts of the week. Master Hwang, you've built something truly special. Thank you for the impact you and your team have had on our boys, both on and off the mat! read more

Since having started here, my son Leo K., has really grown physically and emotionally. He is learning respect, patience and self defense. When he first started he was so shy and didn't even want to get on the mat. His fine motor schools needed help. He has developed so much strength and endurance. Now, his teachers tell me he stands up for other kids at school and even defended himself in an incident at school. I highly recommend enrolling your child. read more

Since starting sky martial arts, my son has grown exponentially in respect, self control, wisdom, trust, and courage. My son is autism spectrum and struggles with eye contact and following multi step commands, but the kindness, patience and direction from this martial arts studio has helped him grow so much in such a short period of time. Our family is new to Taekwondo, and Sky Martial Arts has made our first experience a wonderful one. We enrolled our son Ezra in the 4-week trial program, and from day one the staff and instructors have been welcoming, supportive, and attentive. What stood out most was how quickly the instructors noticed he was a new student and took extra time to guide him through the class. That personal attention helped him feel confident right away. The reward sticker system is also fantastic--Ezra is incredibly proud of his stickers and looks forward to earning one every class. The school is clean, organized, and runs very smoothly. We've also noticed how respectful and engaged the students are, which speaks highly of the program. The parents we've met have been kind and welcoming as well. We're only partway through our first four weeks, but we're already very happy with our decision. Most importantly, Ezra is having fun, building confidence, and can't wait to go back each week. That's exactly what we were hoping for. read more

Sky Martial Arts Simi - Belt advancement ceremony - Taekwondo Near Me - Simi Valley, California

We started our son at Sky Martial Arts when he was only 3 years old. I did this not because he had any fascination with martial arts but because I felt he could really use the discipline and self-control as we were having some behavior issues both at school and at home. My son loved it from day one. All of the instructors were so kind and patient to my son, and it really helped him with his self-esteem with his self-control and showed him the importance and meaning of respect. My son is now showing interest in computer coding , so we are going to look into that for now, but we will never forget the time that we spent at Sky Martial Arts, and the impact it made on my son and our family. I would highly recommend this studio if you are considering enrolling your child and I'm grateful to have had the opportunity and hoping to join the Sky Martial Arts family again in the future. read more
