So me and my cousin came here and ordered spring rolls, sushi and tempura and mango smoothies . They have two sides a hookah side and a restaurant side . You park in the back and have to walk around and it has a whole bunch of trash and wood piece by the entrance not sure what that was about. We entered anyway and it was smoked out no ventilation but okay it's a hookah lounge we ordered sushi. The waiter came up and said it would be a wait because Ramadan was going on In the restaurant part. We said fine then ordered mango smoothies the sushi came out and I look down and there's a black bug crawling up my sweater and it totally grossed me out. I smacked it off and let the waiter know . Nice hookah lounge, I loved all the screens to watch music videos while smoking hookah, the seating was comfortable & there was lots of it. I went on a Wednesday night and it was still pretty packed but not loud which I enjoyed. The music was low which I wished it was a bit louder, but it was nice that it wasn't blaring and I could still have conversation. The hookah was good, I didn't like the first flavor and they swapped it out for me at no extra charge. The wait staff was attentive and friendly. The menu was a bit overwhelming because there was sooo much to choose from. I wish it was a bit condensed and they just specialized in one food genre. Wait time for a table was around 30 min on a Saturday night for a table of 5. Service was typical of a hookah lounge. Mostly great servers but always a couple who are arrogant and inattentive. You can guess which of the two types I had that evening. He almost ruined the entire experience for me. Poor recommendations, didn't come to the table even when I raised my hand or stood up, forgot things I asked for. The food was incredible. I wouldn't recommend the Buffalo chicken sandwich, as it was nice but too bready. The nachos, hummus/etc sampler, shawarma platter, mint lemonade, all fantastic. Granted I was there during the daytime, but the waiter was super nice, and talkative, and attentive and prompt! Excellent experience yesterday... even as I entered the place I was greeted very warmly it actually caught me by surprise LOL. The food: this time I ordered nachos but with chicken shawerma on it- VERY VERY YUM. If you get it and you don't like spicy, ask for no jalapeños. Also had their grape leaves cuz I love grape leaves forever, and some hummus and even their fries are so good and fresh. I ALMOST had shisha but it was daytime and I was alone lol so I didn't wanna have alone but it smelled great- def going to try next time and will review then. Overall great experience! read more

This was my first time in this hookah lounge. It looks like your typical hookah lounge, but it isn't it's a middle eastern t restaurant, it's a hibachi restaurant all rolled in one building. We went in for desserts and hookah, their hookahs are ok all depends on the goal. Just so you know if the goal is round your going to have a fuel taste to it the square one is the best way to go. I went to the place upon a recommendation from a friend and thankfully, I wasn't disappointed I entered the place and been seated in no time, the place was busy but the service is something I CANNOT complain about. My server's name was Osama, he is a good guy who gave me all the help he can concerning the menu. He was super attentive to my table and I didn't even need to call, he kept checking on me every time he passes by me. I ended up getting a chicken quesadilla with a side of "tabbouleh" which is a levantine vegetarian salad. I also had a lemon mint to drink. The food was good, the general atmosphere of the place is nice. If you are a fan of hookah I think that you'll love it here because the smell was so nice. I haven't tried the hookah because I don't smoke it. The price is fair compared to the service. The restrooms needs more attention and they SHOULD have hot water so you won't lose your hands when you want to wash them especially it was 16°F here My overall experience here was pleasant and surely I'll come back here again and will recommend for others for sure. read more

Boy, do I have a story. I went to go get food and we were seated and we ordered three salads. Mind you they were salads after that we waited 20 minutes and then 30 minutes and then 40 minutes and nobody came to our table to let us know if anything was coming out soon or if it was taking longer than expected so what me and my cousin did we got up and we left after the guy came outside after us and told me that you know that you guys are leaving I have to pay for your food and I told him is the food ready to be paid for and he just started talking from under his tongue and he said just go and he started getting really loud with me and obviously I didn't keep my mouth shut. After I got home 20 minutes later, I get a no caller ID and it turns out it was a Dearborn Heights police officer they told us we have to come back and pay for the food and if we don't, we're going to get a warrant for my arrest. FOR SALADS that we didn't even eat. They took to long and we left I wish we even got the food. I ended up going back and paying the 50$ and told them I want the food if I'm paying for it and they had to go and remake the food so it wasn't even ready or they already threw it out. And on top of that as these girls were walking out "let's not dine and dash the cops are right behind us" and let me tell u of the cops weren't there I wouldn't have kept my mouth shut. I don't understand as well did the guy go from table to table lying to people saying that we ate and left? The whole situation was just petty and these cheap Arabs would have cried if we didn't go and pay for the food I felt like it was all bull bc we can't get arrested for food we didn't eat. I genuinely do not mind eating their food, HOWEVER, the wait here is absolutely ridiculous! I wait so long to be waited on, and even longer to get my food. The same issue happens when I place a carry out order. They always tell me 20-25 minutes, you go in and everyone is messing around, there's no customers there (especially now due to COVID) and I STILL have to wait another 45 minutes for a very simple order for two ‍‍ idk what to suggest but they've gotta get their time management in order. They were met with false information to deter them from going in. 1) They said you had to have reservations, that was a lie. 2). Went in there with my wife and waited for a table... 2 groups that came after me got tables before us.. if you walk in all rude and loud they will take care of you asap and get you a table but if you have manners and respect you will be ignored.. anyway after long 40 minutes standing there without any recognition they finally got us a table. Worst table possible. In the middle of the narrow walk path, next to a lots men. That was extremely disrespectful. Either sit in the middle have people walk over you back and forth or move to side and sit in the middle of all these men.. let alone all the disrespectful customers who can't keep their eyes to themselves and just want to stare. Visited this place with friends this evening. Very nice establishment. Roomy flowing floor plan. Decor nice. The wait staff was very friendly and seemed happy. Menu has a variety of Eats including middle eastern foods. We ordered the Nachos as an appetizer they were different then the ordinary with black beans and avocado, we were pleasantly surprised the dish was quite good. Then I ordered a grilled Spicy chicken salad and waffle fries. The waffle fries came out and I can say they were the best I have had cooked to perfection. Crunchy outside and creamy potato inside. Delicious! We waited quite awhile for the salad really too long. Then it came out wrong. We sent it back and a new one was done up exactly the way we wanted. We enjoyed it. My friend ordered a orange head hookah with mint and she seemed to enjoy it and the flavor.
