The Good:

The Bad:
1. Our dorm was situated on the fourth floor, which is essentially the attic. The ceiling was very low, making it incredibly hot. It was 25 degrees and boiling and the air conditioning did not work. We asked for the manager to take a look at the air conditioning unit, but nobody came. The window was miserably small and would not stay open.
2. Again, I am basing my review on our dorm. The top bunk of the bed was literally unusable. There is hardly any space to roll around, and the ceiling was too close to your face. Really, I was surprised they even let anyone use that space.
3. We were expecting the communal and reception areas to open longer, if not 24 hours. We returned a little past midnight with bags of kebabs to eat at the dining table, but were disappointed to find it closed.
4. Reception not manned 24 hours. There was just this sheet of A4 paper stuck to the door stating that guests would need to inform staff should they wish to check out earlier than 7:30am. A group of American youths were unlucky enough to miss the notice, and had to wait for the reception to open.
Bottom line:
From my experience and my experience alone, 2GO4 is a two-star establishment. I believe if we had been allocated a dorm on a different level, our stay would have been a lot more comfortable, hence more stars.
