Room 14 is awful. The windows point directly to an accessible rooftop with an old table and another stair-scaffold which I guess is the smokers balcony. The drapes did NOT work, didn't move. Even if they did, they weren't long enough to cover the entire window. Thus.. Anyone who decided to go on this balcony could potentially watch you while you were naked.
The parking garage provided for extra euros is kind of a joke. I think the owners just let their Turkish buddies park there to eat in the restaurant and the spaces are so slim I had to ask a Mercedes doucherag to adjust his parking job so I could park. There's parking, if you're lucky, on the street but having your car in the garage will give you a piece of mind.
The breakfast (for extra €) is okay. Really good croissants and delicious coffee. Not much is nearby.
It's a Turkish neighborhood.. A little poorer than Brussels proper.. The staff is kind of "whatever" and not that I care, but my room was not made up after the first night I was there.
Not much more than a hostel and you'll get your own bathroom but this place would not be good for families or couples that expect a little more than "adequate" amenities.
I just thought it was okay, but I wouldn't do it again.
