When I called the next day to speak to someone about the service, they were apologetic but didn't really do anything to make it better. The lady I spoke to called back to make sure everything was ok and I felt a little better by the end of our phone call. I decided I would try to give them one more chance . I called yesterday and got a quote emailed to me. I told them I would call today if I wanted to book it. I called today and a man with an English accent answered the phone very rudely. Here's the conversation that happened. Me: Hi there, I got a quote emailed to me yesterday and I'd like to go ahead and book that, please. Him: From where to where? Me: X place to x place. Him: are you going to give me an address? me: Um, you don't keep quotes? Him: No. Whats the address? Me: You're being kind of rude and I don't appreciate your tone Him: EXCUSE ME?! Me: You're being rude. Him: *hangs up phone* I called back and it rang and rang and rang and finally he answered and said "what?!" I said "I'd like to speak to a supervisor please" and he said "I'm the owner. Find another service." and hung up on me again. I called back to speak with someone else and he said "DO YOU WANT ME TO CALL THE PHONE COMPANY AND BLOCK YOUR NUMBER?!" I am appalled that anyone would speak to a paying customer this way. We did find a different service. One that's cheaper and more professional. I am livid. I will be writing into their company too. I can't believe that anyone would speak to a customer so rudely and unprofessionally. Needless to say, I don't recommend this "service" unless you feel like being berated.

Our driver, John, was revealing identities and residence locations of other clients within the company as though it were casual conversation on the drive. We were uncomfortable hearing private information including locations of other clients and tried to redirect the conversation. John repeatedly cut us off while talking, multiple times, to continue discussing details about other clients of the company. He also told us we caught him on a good day and that was why he was carrying our luggage out of the vehicle and off the curb. John was casually disrespectful by interrupting our private conversation as well only to discuss what was interesting to him, and even when we responded, he ignored us and continued talking in a manner than seemed only to amuse himself. A quiet and professional drive is what we had hoped for. John's insistence about revealing other clients' identities among other details, along with being very casual to interrupt our private discussions with random thoughts that would come into his head made us feel differently about In Style. We asked for a supervisor to call us to discuss our ride, but we were never contacted. Steven our driver back from the airport, on the other hand, was very professional and courteous.

We decided to try Tri Shuttle after seeing the positive reviews, and we were glad we did! Unlike Uber, this is a small business, and so it's much easier to be in direct contact with your driver. Tien was our driver both ways. He was friendly, prompt, and a good driver. He texted to confirm our pickups both times, and when we were coming back, he had tracked our flight so he was ready to pick us up at the curb. Getting a rideshare pickup at the airport can be a big hassle, and you usually have to go to a separate area. Then you have to wait for your ride, which your driver may cancel for whatever reason. But with Tri Shuttle, you get picked up in Arrivals as if you're having a friend or family member pick you up. Their customer service and professionalism were excellent (if you use rideshare, you know those qualities can be REALLY hit-or-miss), giving us more peace of mind to enjoy our trip. Our drivers, Tien and Tony, were both professional, punctual, and incredibly kind. They made sure we were comfortable, helped with our luggage, and were especially patient and accommodating with my toddler. Their friendly attitude really made a difference after a long flight and busy park days. The vehicles were clean and well-maintained, and both pickups--at the airport and for our return trip--were right on time. It gave me peace of mind knowing we had reliable transportation, especially traveling alone with a young child. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would absolutely use this company again. Highly recommend to anyone traveling with family, especially with little ones!

    I had three party bus companies lined up, with 1st Class Limousine being one of them. I chose to…read morepay $150 more compared to the other two companies because I trusted they wouldn't let me down. I didn't mind paying extra out of pocket for my birthday because I wanted everything to go smoothly. I knew that if I went with the cheaper options, I might regret it. Yolanda was great and clearly knows how to make sales. She followed up regularly to ensure my reservation was locked in. I booked a party bus for 25 people for $900 for five hours. Initially, she quoted $750 for four hours, but I added an additional hour because we were traveling far. I even took the time to visit and inspect the bus to ensure it was what I wanted, as it was the last available bus for Saturday, 9/21. I booked with 1st Class Limousine because, as mentioned, I didn't want to be let down. I specifically requested for the party bus to arrive at 6 p.m. at the pickup location. However, Yolanda called me at 5:47 p.m. to inform me that the party bus I had reserved was experiencing mechanical issues. She then offered me either a Sprinter van or a limousine, neither of which matched what I had originally booked. I chose the limousine, since I had to decide quick and had reservations at 7pm in Clermont . When the limousine arrived, it was noticeably older, with worn leather seats. The limited amount of drinks and ice provided was far from sufficient for my party, which was very unprofessional. We couldn't even chill our drinks properly due to the lack of ice, despite being told that ice, water, and soda would be provided. We ended up waiting at our destination for four hours, as we had to wait longer than planned for the replacement bus I had originally reserved. They offered another bus, but it wasn't what I requested, further impacting our experience. While I understand that mechanical issues are out of the company's control and that safety comes first, I was disappointed that no additional free hour or discount was offered to compensate for the inconvenience. I later found out that the Escalade limousine was $175 per hour, not $187.50, which is what I paid for the party bus. While we did eventually get the bus I reserved, we had already waited four hours, and by that time, my guests were fed up. To make matters worse, I had purchased large 40-inch number balloons to decorate the bus, which went unused since the bus wasn't there to pick us up. The time and money I spent on those balloons, as well as the overall inconvenience, were frustrating, especially since no discount was offered even though the limo was a lower-priced vehicle & I'm sure the party bus they were offering was small which meant lower price too. The driver, Juan, was excellent and provided great service, but the last-minute changes and the four-hour wait left my guests frustrated, and the entire experience was incredibly stressful. Unfortunately, Yolanda did nothing to improve the situation. Yes, I was given 1hr free because I demanded the hour. I chose this company based on its strong reviews, but my experience did not live up to those expectations. I will not be recommending this business to anyone. I hope this was a learning experience for the company to check their buses daily and to offer some type of compensation when delivering bad news.
