He said he gets so many calls/texts it is difficult to answer them all. We love the countertops, just wanted a couple of things fixed or explained. I hired Susan after interviewing several local designers and she made me feel the most "at ease"…read morewith the design process. This was my 1st foray into the world of home renovation and I needed some serious professional help. Susan not only provided this help but she provided the professionalism and self-assuredness that only a competent professional can provide. She guided me thru the process in a methodical process that, although I trusted her, my 30 years as a military officer, left me very skeptical at times. Susan being the consummate professional that she is held my hand thru my skepticism and made me a believer. She completely redesigned my 25 year old home and really "knocked it out of the ballpark" as they say. The results of the complete "re footprinting" of my downstairs living, kitchen and dining area were totally outrageous and not only draw "oohs and aaaahs" from neighbors and visitors alike but also from the craftsman who were involved in the process with me. My home has become the focal point in the neighborhood to show neighbors what is possible in our 25 year old homes. She found craftsman for me and kept me within my strict fiscal constraints by using creativity and "work arounds" if they became necessary. Susan and I are currently working on doing bathroom renovations in my home and she has made me a believer in this whole process. I wholeheartedly endorse her for your project big or small. You will be pleased !!!!!!
