A new patient to her was running 15 minutes late. She called Bonnie to inform her. Mind you, the patient lives an hour away. The patient wasn't late because of traffic, she was late due to a severe panic attack. The patient informed Bonnie that she had to pull off the side of the road because of her disorder. Never once did Bonnie inform the patient she would need to reschedule. Patient showed up, and the first thing Bonnie asks is "where is your mask?" First off, if you trust this so called chiropractor/nutrition specialist who believes a mask works, you should look for a new doctor. Second, the patient had a panic attack! Why would the patient wear a mask and hinder her breathing? Bonnie was rude, cold, heartless and made the patient burst into tears. The patient was apologetic for being late, offered to have insurance bill for the appointment, and Bonnie showed no signs of empathy. Also, Bonnie didn't go through proper program to be muscle testing. She's using test kits and didn't complete the program. I'd suggest you not go to this shameful excuse of a woman, and find someone who will care for you. What if this patient was suicidal? Bonnie let the patient go without being concerned. Find a more YOUTHFUL, knowledgeable person who doesn't do backdoor treatments without proper education.

Dr. Bonnie did some A.K. testing on me and found several problems that I had developed over the years and some that I picked up more recently. After following her advice for a 3 week period I started feeling dramatically better. Some of the other problems are a little more deeply rooted and we are working on them next such as toxic metals in my system. The most amazing thing is lifelong migraines have stopped after 2 months of working with Dr. Bonnie. For me this is a miracle since nothing ever worked except the migraine medication. I was using the medication almost every other day which was really bad. Each week some of the food sensitivities that I had are disappearing and a life long feeling of lethargy when waking up is gone as well. I have had the pleasure of seeing Dr Pruden from back when we each had no grey in our hair - and he remains the only chiropractor I fully trust til this day. I recently went to see him due to a new issue with damaged nerves and a slipped disc, which most chiropractors tell you they can fix in just a few adjustments. Dr Pruden took the time to read thru my entire MRI images (not just the report summary, which is what most doctors do) and showed me in great detail where my issue was, and why I would likely need surgery, which was something that my medical doctor has never told me. He also did something that NO CHIROPRACOR WOULD EVER DO which is to tell me to save my money and that for my condition, any relief would be temporary, which I have since confirmed with my doctor. Any other chiropractor would have told me that they could treat me, but it would take a commitment of 2-4 visits a week and that they could sell me a package of 10. I hope this makes clear that the in addition tio being the best chiropractor in the NY area, he also has great integrity, and he will never strong you along just to get paid.
