I went here because I was in need of an industrial sized can opener. The one at my work was so old and literally snapped in half..and it was beyond awful to have to use a hand cranking one when trying to open large cans all day. I went online and saw that they offered the one I was looking for at a pretty reasonable price. I headed out to the store on a random weekday afternoon. The place was a bit tricky to get to..it's off an exit, but then you have to go down kind of a little side road that, at one point, turns into a single lane road. A little annoying but not a big deal. The place wasn't busy when I arrived, one of the associates there immediately came up to me and asked what I needed help finding. I showed her the picture I had screenshot from the website of the can opener, and she knew exactly what it was and took me right to it. The price listed for the item was about $20 more than was listed online. I pointed this out to the associate, and she said that they would gladly price match the online price..so that was cool. We went to the registers, she rung me out after adjusting the price, and I was on my way. In and out in less than five minutes. So yeah, totally easy transaction, extremely helpful employee, and a vast inventory of all the restaurant style industrial items you could think of..at very reasonable prices. I would highly recommend this place for these purposes and I will for sure be back in the future when the need arises.

I love Le Creuset Outlets, if you are wanting a Le Creuset item they are the BEST place to get one…read morefor a great deal. The outlet stores feature a variety of 1st quality & 2nd quality goods, and have rotating specials where you can get a *REALLY* good deal on high quality cookware, serve ware & accessories. Most of the "2nds" are little tiny blemishes that do not affect the look or function of an item, so to get one at a huge mark off is totally worth it. With that preface out of the way, I can say that this is *the best* Le Creuset outlet I have been to as far as service & friendliness (the items & specials seem to be consistent across locations, service varies greatly). Our travels & adventures have taken us by most of the Le Creuset outlets in the region, and this one outpaces them all for service & friendliness. The two ladies working the day we visited (I wish I had gotten their names) both went above & beyond. One woman searched through the entire stack of skillets to find the most flawless 2nd they had. She didn't have to do that...but it was greatly appreciated. As a result of the very friendly service, we actually purchased more than we intended (although all were on my wishlist of items from Le Creuset). We walked away with a grill, a skillet, & a European butter crock...all for the cost of what we would have paid for the grill at a standard retailer. They also held our purchases for us until we were done shopping (because hauling around 2 cast iron pans would have been a pain...literally). This will be my go-to Le Creuset outlet from here on out since we find ourselves in the Cincy area pretty regularly. Thank you, Ladies!

However, judging by all the contractor trucks I see in the parking lot, I'd say they're doing something right. You can tell as soon as you walk in that this is a working man's shop. This ain't your fancy Lowe's with everything clean and beautiful. When you first walk in, you'll be a little intimidated by the haphazard layout of stuff. Let me save you some time, just ask them to help you find what you're looking for. They're happy to help, and it'll save you the embarrassment of wandering around for 10 minutes and THEN asking them. I don't know a lot about most of the items at Leon Supply, but I do know that if I ever need anything for my kitchen and bath, they can help.

The day of install they didn't have any of the hardware to put together the bed frame. They then told me that the next availability to come out with the screws would be a week and a half. Day of revisit, they didn't bring all of the screws. Going on now 2+ weeks without our bed frame and our mattress on the floor. Hands down the worst experience I've ever received. Especially when you're spending almost 3k on a bed frame.

Then no-show. Customer service was rude about it for their mistake! Then they rescheduled it and confirmed it. Assured 100% by two reps. It was supposed to be today... and they just cancelled it again. They have no idea when it'll be rescheduled. They say there isn't anything they can do about it. Customer service tells us to call the store. The store tells us to call customer service. They tell us to talk to their supervisors.... No one wants to own it... some blame the "system processes" and others blame computers and others blame their employees. They blame us for being mad that we don't... have $9000 of our furniture we ordered (of which all but a sectional we ordered said in-stock). The other one they have no idea... but assured us when we ordered it's be ready we'll before September.... Crate and Barrel is a mess. Terrible management. Terrible customer service.

While passing by Sally's Treats & Treasures I saw this entertainment glassware set in the window that I knew I needed to own (homegirl love throw a fancy soiré). We popped and poked around. The prices were super fair. We spoke at length with the woman working at the store. Her name started with an M (and it was a unique name, but has escaped me). She was a delight. She told us about their other location and that if we liked the selection there, we should definitely check out the other store as it is larger. Sally's sells lightly-used kitchen-ware, though you wouldn't know that anything wasn't untouched (other than lots of vintage-feeling items). I would definitely recommend popping in and checking out their great deals!
