Then she told me there was no record for that address and they were too busy to send someone to a new address! Really!!!! This is how you treat a customer of over 7 years when they move 2 blocks away!!! People please remember this next time you need heating or cooling repairs done! I also posted a bad review on their FB page and low and behold, instead of an answer or an apology, they just removed it!!! Please feel free to share my experience!

He freely acknowledged he did not open up to do an actual visual inspection on the unit. He said it was because the flames were Orange. Another contractor came and told me the Orange was caused by dirty burners in crossover tubes. He told me my furnace was a safety hazard and had to turn it off and I must buy a new heating system.. You wouldn't offer me a replacement part option even though the parts are under the factory warranty I do. He told me that he'd exchange her how to factory recall and I asked for a manufacturer's bulletin. The bulletin he provided stated The furnace needs an additional grounding wire for a lot of models in my model was not one of them.. Dishonest, Deceptive, And clearly is not trained in basic service and maintenance on heating equipment. He clearly only cared about selling me new equipment equipment and not resolving my basic me this thing my basic maintenance problem.

Weeks have passed waiting for a response. We could have gotten another company to come in and address our issues, but unfortunately, we waited on that call. Needless to say, if this is how we were handled before any work started, I should consider myself lucky we did not put ourselves in a position to have hired this company, and had something like this happen. The nature of the work requested is well within the scope of services offered by Pro-Master of Scottville. I am left to wonder why we and our project were simply disregarded. How cool would it have been for these folks to simply say "thank you for calling, but we can't address your needs on this job" as opposed to "ghosting" us. I consider this, not only bad business, but a very serious character flaw. This behavior cost us weeks we could have been moving forward with another service provider. Very disappointing! We wanted a local company and to keep our business in the community. I only wish I understood what we did to receive such treatment.
