They wanted $300 for a new one and a local competitor was about 25% of that . . . How do you sleep at night knowing that you are cheating people ? I couldn't believe it . . I'm not mad, more disappointed . . Sometimes , when you make a mistake, the best thing that you can do is own it . . . After reading the reviews I can't wait to see how I am disgruntled or how this isn't the truth . Sometimes it is best to own your mistakes and do better .

She asked if I was a customer and I told her I was at my former residence 2 blocks away (I was a customer since January 2013!). She asked for my system info, and new address. Then she told me there was no record for that address and they were too busy to send someone to a new address! Really!!!! This is how you treat a customer of over 7 years when they move 2 blocks away!!! People please remember this next time you need heating or cooling repairs done! After turning on some space heaters and opening the faucets to drip, we decided we should call the heating guys. Frozen pipes and losing all the house plants was not a pleasant prospect. I left a message and within minutes had a return call. The guy on the phone said "Dave" will be there soon but in the meantime I could turn on the oven. Less than 90 minutes later the house is warming up and our friendly furnace tech left with fresh baked cookies! I mean, the oven was on so why not bake! Absolutely fantastic service!

They have a leaking pipe in their bathtub and contacted him about getting it fixed sometime this week. He was supposed to be there on Tuesday (3 days ago), yet never showed up or even contacted them as to why he wasn't there. He called the next day or the day after (not sure which one) and said that he changed his phone and had forgotten to write the appointment down, and would be back again this morning at 10am. While he did actually show up this morning, he was around 30 minutes late. He didn't do anything for them except rip apart the drain in their bathtub and render it useless, so now they can't use it. He said that he would be back around 1 o' clock today to continue working on it, but it is now 3 and he hasn't shown back up or called them again. Additionally, he won't pick up his phone when my grandparents try to call him. I decided to look Mr. Reese up online after that which is when I found the numerous horrible reviews about him both on here and on the website he's associated with (Better Business Bureau). It's a good thing they haven't paid him yet (as he hasn't actually done any work for them), what with other reviews saying that he either stole their money or parts. Needless to say, they won't be paying him or letting him come back, in the event that he does try to. If I could give zero stars, I would. Please do yourself a favor and do not do any business with this man.
