I got my eyebrow pierced back in April and was told it was by someone who was licensed yet they weren't until July.. also the tattoo artist wasn't either. my eyebrow and smiley both rejected because of the incorrect placement/ depth. She pierced it incorrectly and expected me to come back and get it again to waste more of my money. 0/10 do not recommend skinsations or anyone who works there. read more

I went to this specific Skinsations and they gave me a very high piercing because they said "it's your anatomy." That was in February of 2026 and it has been infected ever since and they even pierced it with cheap jewelry. It keeps trying to heal over as well. Keep in mind I've been taking care of it the way they told me, with wound wash and it just kept getting infected and also my mother had a naval piercing and this is most definitely not what this is! This is a surface piercing, which is most definitely to get infected because the body rejects it. It's definitely going to scar now... I don't even know how I'm going to get it pierced again. read more

UPDATE: I spoke to Mike the owner today, completely rude. They won't do anything to fix this and after going to the er because they went thru an artery I did a police report and contact my lawyer. I'm told I have a case. So have fun paying my medical bills. Again I highly advise do not go here, they don't wash their hands before and failed to give aftercare instructions. Do not go here! I went today for a tongue piercing, I've had one before which was completely straight. This lady jammed the needle in, and was very crooked. I call the shop and they tell me there is nothing they can do and no refund. I'm contacting the bbb. I'll be posting the pictures of what this place thinks a piercing should look like. Be warned. I wasted money today, and took the bar out cause even after it's healed it's not gonna look right. Do not let them pierce you. Artist are easy to talk to and don't seem to get aggravated no matter how picky you are. Katey does piercings, fairly priced with nice jewelry and clean lines on any piece. I came here to get a tattoo. I had an appointment made a week prior the appointment. Katie called me and rescheduled my appointment for Wednesday at 4 instead of Monday. I sent in the picture of the art that I wanted to the email address Katie gave. When I showed up for my appointment, Skye, the artist that made the appointment to do the tattoo, said she didn't know I was coming. Then she said she received no art work. So I had to wait until 5:15 so she could draw the image. She took the image and drew in the hand. The hand is suppose to be on the left side of the body, which means it would be the left hand on the left side. As you see in the picture, Skye didn't out the hand right in the middle of the body and it's the wrong hand. That is a right hand in the tattoo. It should not be the right hand. And it should not be in the middle of the body. It should be on the left and should be the left hand. I said something about it before I left the tattoo shop to her about it, she said that it looked good to her and that she can tell the hand is on the left. Clearly, it is in the middle of her body and it's the wrong hand. I went to Skinsations to talk to her in hopes that it would be fixed and she again told me that she could tell the hand was on the left side of the body. Ok, even if she could, I'm still very unhappy and it's still a right hand and not a left hand. I then sent pics of my tattoo to the Facebook website stating both of the issues. They read my message and never responded. 3 weeks later, they sent another person a message to tell me that, Skye was uncomfortable tattooing on me. They refuse to fix it and Now I'll have to pay another artist to fix this. If I were you I would not trust this place. The artists do not stand by their work and the owner hires the artist that don't stand by their work. I paid 400 dollars for this tattoo. Take my advice and go to another salon where they stand by their work. read more

Went in this place because a person I knew had an ok experience here. Showed the so called tattoo "artist" the pattern I wanted a couple of weeks in advance of the appointment and he acted like he could do it exactly the way I designed it. He blatantly lied. At the appointment I brought the pic of the design on my phone (which I had already scaled exactly to the proper size for my arm when oriented to landscape). I first sent that same file to his phone but he absolutely could NOT figure out how to orient it landscape wise and repeatedly printed it in portrait orientation instead! Finally I brought in the actual landscape print off because fortunately I brought it with me. This dumbass re copied it on the tracing board, again instead of just printing off the original file from their printer, but he STILL didnt get the end result correct. He put my exact design on the flash paper and then on my arm but in between it being on my arm correctly and him actually tattooing it, he screwed up MOST of the line work to where the design didnt look at all like the original sacred geometry art. This bozo didnt even do all the color fill and left some of the skin color showing on most of the patterns. If that wasn't bad enough he also completely screwed up the order of the color gradations and deliberately used a darker color on the underside of the arm where he butchered the line work, so that I could not actually see how badly he skewed the shapes and mismatched the geometry. All this despite the fact that this childish guy was told repeatedly what I really wanted. This guy's name is Matt. Do NOT get any work from this joker. He's a passive aggressive hillbilly with far more confidence in his skill than what he actually possesses. This guy does NOT listen to specifics and plays up the "good 'ol boy" attitude to the maximum in hopes it will let him off the hook with his PAYING customers. I will never go back there nor will I ever have anything good to say about these moron, redneck, wannabe tattoo artists. They wouldn't know the first thing about professional art design nor professional conduct. After talking to the so called "floor manager" about his underling's willful refusal to follow my stencil designs and instead freehand most of the work until it looked shitty, this so called manager just shrugged it off and predictably sided with his incompetent inferior and even blamed me for not paying better attention, as if I could've actually seen under my arm and on the backside of it WHILE he were tattooing it. Fucking cheap con artists and imposters at best. If you want basic bitches, shitty, rockabilly, pseudo-art then these guys will do. Avoid this guy AND this shitty place at all costs if you want precise, QUALITY, art work on your body FOREVER. read more

I had my septum pierced here and my experience is mostly good. The piercing process was fantastic quick, easy, and nice. Once I got the piercing over all it looked nice. I'm my opinion she might have rushed a little and I think one side is very slightly lower, but when I flipped my ring up it looked almost the same. Other wise the piercing is straight, she used clean equipment and it was a good price. I might post an update once swelling goes down. read more
