My daughter has been dying to visit this store for months. We live in the USA, and have been looking at the products online. On a recent trip to London, we promised her a visit to buy a phone case for her iPhone 5 ( the cases are hard to find and this store has myriad options). The store is cute and well-organized, but the customer service left much to be desired. We bought two cases and a piece of jewelry that day. When I approached the counter, the salesperson did not acknowledge my presence at all. I said " hello" and got nothing. After the transaction, I said, " Thanks so much. Have a great day." Again, the salesperson did not look up-- she literally didn't say a thing. I laughed it off, but when my 12 year old daughter went back into the store to make another purchase, the saleswoman shortchanged her. My husband took her back to the counter to get the missing change. There was no apology at all. No acknowledgement from this woman. Another salesperson apologized for her instead. Pretty ridiculous. read more
