I've been a patient here for many years--since I was quite young--and for a long time I recommended…read morethe practice without hesitation. The clinicians I saw early on were attentive and professional, and I felt confident in the care I was receiving. More recently, however, my experience has shifted in ways that I think prospective patients should understand. One notable change is the increasing emphasis on in-office product sales. In several instances, I was offered skincare products directly through the practice that, upon further inquiry, could also be prescribed and filled at a pharmacy--often at a significantly lower cost. I would strongly encourage patients to ask whether any recommended product can be called into a pharmacy rather than purchased in-house. In my experience, many items packaged under the practice's label or sourced from well-known brands are not exclusive formulations, despite how they may be presented. I've also noticed some confusion around provider credentials. For example, not everyone seeing patients is a board-certified dermatologist, even if they are highly capable clinicians such as nurse practitioners working under physician supervision. That distinction matters to me, particularly for annual skin exams or more complex concerns, and I believe patients should feel empowered to ask directly about the qualifications of the person treating them. Finally, the practice appears to be expanding into offering more procedures in-house, including skin cancer-related surgeries. While convenience can be valuable, I personally feel more comfortable being referred to highly experienced specialists for these types of procedures. Others may feel differently, but it's an important consideration when weighing where to receive care. To be clear, this office can still be a solid option for routine checks or minor concerns, especially if you are comfortable setting boundaries around product purchases. However, I would advise patients to stay informed, ask questions, and make decisions that prioritize both their health and financial transparency. In short: competent care is available here, but it's wise to approach recommendations--particularly around products and procedures--with a thoughtful and informed perspective.

I was a patient there. They were great. However, I promptly paid the bill for my final appointment…read morebut have been receiving past due notices for months. I haven't been there for over 1.5 years. The only discrepancy is a late fee which I clearly do not owe you. Despite all of my attempts to reach out I keep receiving past due notices. Please get your act together!!!
