Stephanie has been amazing for my laser hair removal. She's incredibly thorough, always takes the time to listen to my questions and concerns, and makes sure I'm comfortable throughout every appointment. I trust her completely with all of my laser treatments, and her friendly personality makes every visit enjoyable. I've also been seeing Gina for Hydrafacials and dermaplaning, and she is the best! After I had my kids, I started getting stubborn breakouts on my arms. Last year, she recommended the Teal Body Facial along with a skincare routine, and I'm so thankful she did. My arms are clearer than they've been in years! Gina is so knowledgeable, creates such a relaxing environment, and truly cares about helping her clients achieve great results. The entire team at Skintillect has made every experience a positive one. If you're considering laser hair removal or skincare treatments, I highly recommend booking with Stephanie and Gina. She was kind, knowledgeable, took the time to learn the history of my skin and medical conditions/prescribed medicines . She did not pressure me to buy any other products or procedures, but did bring them up in conversation which could be a good thing to know for future services or to bring up to friends and family. They do offer quite a bit. I was a little caught off guard with the lightning wipes being an additional cost. Previous conversation seemed like it was included as aftercare because of the need with assisting the procedure to actually be beneficial. I am excited to go back and to see the results of the treatment. She was very transparent that there will be visible results but the problem areas will not be completely revolved after one session! Pro Tip: There is a texting service and there is 10% off service (only- not product) for first time customers... they didn't bring it up but if you mention it, they'll honor it. It is on their website.

I went to Tre MedSpa located at 11013 Countryway Blvd., Tampa, FL 33626 for a back facial and my…read moreEsthetician was Delma Davila. As soon as I walked in I was welcomed by the receptionist. The spa was very glittery, sparkly and very bright. This decor is not my style for a spa, I would prefer a calmer, softer decor and easier on the eyes. I sat in the waiting room and noticed the nail salon right beside the waiting area with no door to enclose the odors. The strong chemical odors from the formaldehyde acrylic nails was over powering and it had me coughing within minutes! I would have preferred smelling essential oils in the waiting room to give it a more spa experience, not chemicals. The Esthetician was quiet and cordial and I was disappointed that she did not ask me about my skin type or any concerns I may have with my back. The table was extremely uncomfortable and there was no place to lay my head such as a massage table head cradle. I had to turn my neck to one side for a whole hour and I came home with a stiff neck. The Esthetician did not explain the steps of the back facial treatment, however she did continually upsell me on their "Image" skin care line stating it's "medical" and very good for me. I came to the spa to relax, I did not appreciate an Esthetician turned sales person continually trying to sell me their skincare products. The music that was playing was like a hip hop dance music, I would have preferred calming, soothing spa music again for that "spa experience." A few of the extractions were a bit painful and ultimately the entire experience was stressful and I couldn't wait to leave. I came to Tre MedSpa to decompress and I came out stressed. I will spend my hard earned money at a real Spa that actually gives you the "spa experience" and unfortunately Tre Medspa is not it.

Beware of purchasing gift cards if you actually expect to use them here…read more I received a gift card for this establishment and attempted to book my appointment online. There was no option anywhere in the booking system to apply a gift card as a payment method, and there was also no comments section to explain the situation. I assumed it wouldn't be an issue and that the payment could simply be adjusted on the day of the appointment. Two hours before my scheduled massage I was asked if I could reschedule. I was happy to accommodate and didn't mind the change. On the day of the appointment, my therapist was friendly. However, during my prenatal massage she provided a lot of unsolicited advice throughout the session, which made it difficult to fully relax at a time in pregnancy when relaxation is especially important. Still, I was willing to overlook that part of the experience. The real issue happened at checkout. I was told I could not use my gift card for the service because the appointment had been marked as "prepaid." When I explained that their online booking system doesn't provide any option to apply a gift card, there was no willingness to adjust the payment or offer any kind of accommodation. Situations like this raise concerns about poor booking systems, lack of customer flexibility, and business practices that ultimately leave customers stuck with gift cards they cannot use as expected. Customer service and long-term client relationships don't seem to be a priority here. Unfortunately, this experience ensured that I won't be returning and the gift card meant to bring in a new customer ended up doing the opposite.
