Instead, I was kept waiting half an hr. As a potential new client my first impression was that they don't respect their client's time. When the nurse got around to coming out to get me I knew The Powder room wouldn't be for me. Her look was uncomfortably unnatural. Her face looked swollen and her lips looked like she had an allergic reaction. If you like the obviously injected look you may want to go to this nurse. To me she looked like she had been punched in the face or was having a really bad reaction to something. Luckily I was able to get out quickly. She said they couldn't treat me because of an existing medical condition. I was grateful to be able to leave since I knew this wasn't the place for me. She tried to keep me there to tell me what they could do for me after my condition was cleared. I told her no thanks and got out of there fast.

The salon is very tidy and pretty! Zuzanna and her staff were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Zuzanna let me know what she was doing every step of the way and put me at ease. I didn't get any numbing, and it was not necessary and mostly painless. Since it's a low dosage I can still move my face if I try really hard. The Botox took effect after about 2 days.
