They snatch you in with the 59 dollar treatment and then once inside heavy pressure to buy the products and sign up for a package . Then once about thru with the package they try to get you to buy a 3000 dollar piece of led equipment ... because that is how you can get the results you are looking for..... they say ... once you decline they pretty much write you off . Ohhhhhh....how I wish I would have read these reviews before I spoke with these people!! Father's Day...walking in the mall with my husband and daughter and somehow I got "sucked" inside this store by the guy standing outside handing out samples. I've seen stores like this before but they're usually in makeshift booths and not pretty storefronts. He asked if I wanted an eye cream sample and handed me over to this lady. She took her hand and put cream from a syringe that hand a light brown tint. She said it was from plants. She said it will make my eyes look better (I was feeling tired this day so it sounded like a good idea!) and with continued use for 6 months it would be permanent "for 2'years" I never saw her wash her hands. What was I thinking let someone put a product on my skin directly from their hand?? I don't know if her hand was dirty. She did not wash them in front of me and she used her finger to put this stuff under my eye. I told her I could feel it and it felt strange and she said that meant it was working. I told her I had to go because it was Father's Day and not my day. She pulled me over to the mirror and started fanning my face. I told her I could let it dry on its own and I was leaving. She tried to say some more things but I just asked for her card and left. Her name was Allison. I know this isn't her fault - She's trained to sell like this. On our way out of the mall my daughter told me my eyes looked strange and had a different color under them. My husband looked at me and said immediately "YOU NEED TO WIPE THAT OFF!" We got into the car and I didn't have anything to take it off so I tried to remove it with a SOCK I had in my car! I was that desperate...but it didn't work! We're headed home now just so I can wash this stuff off my face!!! My suggestion, pretty space so turn it into something reputable that will benefit the community! read more

I now understand how a fish feels. Hooked by misleading temptation and then reeled in with no way to escape. So, I'm happily walking in Hulen Mall when I pass a store I hadn't seen before. I paused and looked at the store front. First mistake. A man approached me and asked if I liked flavored water, and which one did I like better, coconut or blueberry. I answered 'coconut'. Second mistake. He was offering Bai water, which I happen to like, so I took the sample and he invited me to come see their new product. I'm always interested in new water products so I decided to see what the store had to offer. BIG MISTAKE. Next thing I know, I'm seated and this man is standing over me applying a collagen product to my face, telling me basically that my age is showing, I have wrinkles and bags and my skin will look like a ruddy alcoholic soon. This store is OBVIOUSLY NOT selling water or heath products and now I'm feeling lied to and trapped. I tell him I'm in a hurry and need to leave and his female sidekick comes and hovers over me, confirming everything he has just said. I told him the product was burning my skin and he told me "good, that means it's working". So much more detail, but will spare them. It took me 30 minutes to finally get away, and as I do, he turns nasty and starts acting all pissed and offended. I make my way to Dillard's and go to the cosmetics counter and find a mirror, where I see that my eye is swelling, the product is turning an ugly color, and I can't get it off my skin. A very nice lady comes and helps me remove the product - it took using 3 different cleansers before I could get it off. I'm home now, but my eye is still swollen, my skin is red and hurts, and my eye is weeping. This was a horrible experience - I will never, ever enter this store again and will walk on the other side of the mall until this store closes its doors, which is definitely inevitable. read more

This is really a bad place. I never saw any improvements. They change the beauticians like every time I go. No wonder I didn't see results. They charged me 25$ for the first time I did no show citing it was my 3rd time. The number they have.. voice box is always full to reach them .. they never pick up the calls unless they call me. I went to the mall to get a mask and was accosted by a salesperson who wouldn't take no for an answer. If you go to Hulen Mall stay away from Kristals Cosmetics. Lilianna sells Resveralife an anti-aging something or another outrageously priced. They caught me on a weak moment because I've never let these people in the mall catch me. After getting home with a product that didn't agree with me I see on the receipt no returns. They did not mention that little bit of info. when selling me the product. I have 14 days to return the merchandise for store credit, I have looked them up online and there are a bunch of bad reports. I have also contacted my credit card company and fully intend to get my money back. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau Facebook and Instagram. read more

This is a sham. Do not buy these products!! Got home with my syringe and guess what...completely empty. I tried to return it and all they will do is exchange it. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS. I went to Hulen Mall today to specifically go to one store to buy one thing. Unfortunately, this place was in my path and I was addressed by a man named Jesse standing outside. He basically told me that I was old and using too much concealer and essentially dragged me in for a "sample" even though I stated that I wasn't there to shop. He applies this shit to one of my eyes even though I clearly said I didn't want him to. I looked 10 times worse when the process was done. It shriveled my under eye and turned my makeup to flaky crust. I stormed out and went to the restroom where I had to use a wet paper towel to wipe the crust off my eye so I could attempt to try to make it better with my compact. I felt so embarrassed the rest of the day and had to go home to adjust my makeup. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

I was walking by when this lady standing in the doorway called for me. I tried to ignore her but my boyfriend pointed at her as if I was supposed to know this woman, and then I was sucked in. She asked me what I used for the red bumps on my forehead. The way she said it and the way she kept asking me what I do for those was so rude. I politely said no thank you, and walked away and cried. TAKE THIS AS A ZERO STAR RATING!! I got pulled into this store so that "Johny" could get me a free sample and it turned into him giving me a free mini- facial. Cool.. he was telling me I need this product and I have extremely sensitive skin so I said I would like to try out a sample for a week or so before purchasing so that I am not stuck with something that's $200 and doesn't work for me. He assured me multiple times I could return my products for a refund if I wasn't happy, up to 30 days! I ended up buying that product feeling comfy with the fact I could return it if I hated it.. with the product I bought he said he'd give me another products on the house.. cool.. then he started loading me up with products at the cash register and saying they were "on the house" since he likes me and knew I'd be a future customer.. I was like wow thank you so much you're so nice.. he told me when we were sitting at his booth and I told him I'd like that ONE product, my total would be $199 plus $10 give or take for tax. When we got to the register and he took my card, there was no pin pad or anything. He ran my card through his computer and then he handed me the recipe to sign for $303!!!! WTF! I signed it at first bc I didn't see the FINE PRINT where it tells you how much you just paid.. I asked why it said $303 when he told me it would be roughly $208. He said "oh bc you also purchased the peel which came with the cream on the house" to which I replied no.. I thought you said those were all on the house. I did NOT accept those charges!" To which I was told they do not offer refunds and when I spoke with the manager she also told me I'd have to contact customer service to try to do that bc they don't do refunds... and then I asked him why he lied to me and told him this business is extremely unethical and he DENIED saying it. He said he told me they do exchange only.. I can not believe the lies. So now I have to wait until Monday to TRY to get my refund through customer service on the phone and I hope they are a little more ethical bc this is CRAZY.. read more

I was approached by a guy outside the store at the Hulen Mall on Thursday September 26, 2019. He gave me a "free" sample and asked to see my eyes. He said I want you to come into the store , we have something to help your eye. I said I didn't have time, but he was insistent, they sat me in a chair and then Rachael proceeded to wipe my make up off with a cotton ball and applied this "stuff" to my under eye with promises that it would make a big difference. I had to wait one minute and then she showed me in the mirror. I didn't think it looked that much different. I said I had to go, but she kept at me with questions and telling me that it sometimes took a little longer to show the difference. Bottom line, after I said I had to go, I was going to be late to meet my friend AND that I couldn't afford it, she just ignored my pleas. She kept reducing the price and said she would give me "HER" company discount. I wanted out of there so badly, so under great duress, I agreed to buy the junk at 200.00. Was told to not tell anyone what I paid, blah, blah, blah. I was sick to my stomach when I walked out of there. I have not even opened the boxes the junk came in and will try to get a refund, but looks like it won't happen, so ladies, beware.Steer clear of these scam artists. read more
