At…read morefirst, it seemed like a great deal, but by my third appointment, they informed me that they had changed the plan. The only way I could still get the $10-per-unit price was if I switched to a different product than the one I originally signed up for and preferred. They sprung this on me the morning of my last appointment. When I told them I didn't want the other product and was willing to pay extra for the Botox I preferred, they told me they were out of stock and hadn't received their shipment that morning. At this point, I was so irritated and I decided that I was never gonna come back again and I never did. At my first appointment, they completely messed up my mouth and then tried to gaslight me into believing it was something I had done in my sleep, rather than admitting they had injected the wrong muscle, which made my mouth completely crooked. By my last appointment--when they had already lost my trust--they ended up botching my forehead as well. I had to go to a different place in Calabasas to have it fixed. The staff is really sweet, and I wish them the best, but they need more training or should work somewhere more professional where they can learn to inject properly and not scam people. Do not go here.
