Well, they are more expensive than other places. I know, South Tampa tax. But also, while they do take credit card, if the owner is there, she'll try to pressure you into paying cash or using Zelle. Not a huge deal, but it feels a little tax-evade-y. Also, they are big into upselling. This is a good place to go if I need my eyebrows done in a rush, but if I have time to drive a bit farther, I'd rather go elsewhere.

Procedures like this can be nerve-racking but Sara's techniques really made it painless due to her unique numbing process. Even several hours later, I'm still pain free. I'm sure the numbing cream has worn off by now so I have to believe it's all due to her outstanding skills. Also, don't get me started on how clean and sanitary her studio looked. It was immaculate, her safety measures were above and beyond what you would expect during this pandemic! She goes above and beyond for her clients. Let's start with the location, it's in a prime location of Azelle and Macdill. Easy to get to and plenty of parking. Her studio is clean and she took all the proper steps to ensure of proper cleanliness and sanitation. I had previously gotten my brows done by another individual and wasn't too thrilled with the color of them. After talking to Sara on the phone about my concerns, she assured me that she has the right color and that her products are top of the line (which they are.) She used a different technique than what my previous lady did. She numbed up my brows and I didn't feel a thing! She used natural brush strokes and explained the steps during the procedure.
