That's where the folks at Skin Renaissance come in, they are committed to getting you the results that you are looking for and doing everything possible to turn back the inevitable hands on time. I had a tattoo that I wanted to get rid of, it was a remnant of my past that I wanted to erase. Fortunately, GROUPON had a special going on with Skin Renaissance for a tattoo removal treatment that brought me to their door. It was the fantastic staff, great service and affordable prices that have kept me coming back. There are so many services available that I can't list them here but I would absolutely recommend booking an appointment to learn what is available to you, if you're looking to make some positive changes in your appearance.

A friend of mine guided me to Skin Renaissance after she had to deal with my barrage of skin complaints. I'm not getting any younger and being a mom now leaves little time for self care, which is required now more than it used to be. My sweet friend kindly gifted me some credit to use and I stopped in last week. I had initially been considering botox, but thought it best to get an expert's opinion. I made an appointment with their NP, Suzanne. I arrived a little early to check in and complete forms. After completing paperwork, I was invited to get a beverage or snack while I waited. They offer hand sanitizer in many locations and everyone wore a mask through my entire visit. They took me back right at my appointment time - also appreciated. My first stop was the Visia skin analysis room where Suzanne and I chatted about my concerns and skin history - I spent most of my teen years in a tanning bed and have a lengthy history of melanoma and BCC, some of which have been removed from my face. The Visia was insightful and allowed Suzanne to make recommendations based on underlying damage and redness (thanks, genetics!). I learned that botox was the last thing I needed, go figure! She offered some really good recommendations, starting with a compound topical which is already providing results in under a week! She also consulted with Julie, the owner, who made the same recommendations. All together, they spent nearly an hour evaluating and chatting with me - it didn't cost me a dime - but it certainly put me at ease to seek future care with them. I am due to return for a follow up and continue treatment and am super happy to go back. I'm already grateful to Suzanne for helping me to feel better about my skin in such a short period of time.

The search results came up with iBeauty Eyebrows. I tried to call to make an appointment, but no answer. However, a text message immediately followed. Our communication and appointment was done entirely via text and very efficiently too, I must say. She was able to fit me in the next day early in the morning which worked out perfectly for me. She texted early in the morning to confirm my appointment (around 7 am and my appointment was at 8:35 am). Just a note on location, she is located inside Sola Salons which I later discovered is a well know chain of stores that houses a variety of skincare, spa, nail, hair and other self care professionals all under one roof. She is located in suite 23. I showed up 15 minutes early for my appointment and she arrived promptly. I guess I was her first client. There's a little bench outside the suite. Randip is super personable and asked me questions about what I wanted before she began her work. She took pics of my face and studied it for a few minutes before making her recommendations. She also said she would do some threading and leave some room for adjustments if needed. Loved the way she did my eyebrows! She did exactly what she said, she did some and then asked me to assess. Then, I requested a bit more and then she made adjustments. I think this may have been the first time in a very long time, that I did not have to ask to have the remaining little eyebrow hairs to be plucked under the arches. A lot of pros in the past have not threaded close enough and have chopped the hairs a little too short and they've had to pluck what they couldn't thread. Not sure if prices have gone up in the industry, due to the pandemic and other factors, but it was $20 for the service. I have been used to paying anywhere from $13-15, but that was also over a year ago and prices for just about everything has changed. Worth every penny! She operates by appointment only, so just text the number. Stay safe, Friends!

I made an appointment and was very impressed with the amount of prep that they go through to make sure they can help you and that you are able and willing to go through the program. I figured if they put this much emphasis on explaining things before you even stepped in the door this was a place I could put my trust in. Dr. Chastanet and her entire staff have been fantastic guiding me through the program with my health always at the top of her concern. The office is always very accommodating with schedule requests. My experiences the other two times I had called for help were similar, but this time I was scolded for missing appointments 2 years ago and told I wasn't allowed back because of policy. I tried explaining since I had had heart surgery decreasing missed visits now and my husband had switched jobs freeing his time. I was told I was rude and argumentative and would never be welcome in that office. She said she was the office manager and what she said is what goes and thanked me prior to hanging up on me. I have never been this hurt trying to seek help. Especially after explaining the extenuating circumstances. It is hard enough being I'll and disabled, on Medicare at 46 years old. So I had an induction 5/8/25 and the staff was amazing on the 3rd floor. Nurses Sydney Overton and Taylor Abrams were my nurses and they made sure all of my needs and questions were catered to - that being my first induction out of my three kids. They called my doctor when I had questions or needed permission to start epi or pitocin. The anesthesiologist came to my room for my epi promptly, another came back to increase my dose when active labor started and it got intolerable. They reminded my husband post birth to visit the cafeteria for food before it closed at 3 am (I gave birth @0121). The upstairs, 4th floor wasn't as good of an experience with the nurses - it seems like that's where they put the underdogs bc they seemed not to be able to handle as much pressure or needs of a laboring woman just from my experience with them. Some were too timid and hovered, some were too direct when their opinion wasn't asked for, but I had great experience with the housekeeping and chefs who made sure I ordered food and got my food timely and made sure my room was cleaned. The coffee was actually great from the floor and drinks and snacks were stocked. The food from the cafeteria was great! I had oatmeal, chicken parm, broccoli, Mac n cheese, chicken tenders, fried fish, curly fries at different times. Overall, I had a great experience for the first time out of my 3 kids (I gave birth at NMCP with the first two so my standards are probably very low) and I'm grateful. I've seen horrific reviews too and I am sorry to those women. To anyone who may be seeking to deliver here, I hope you are treated as well as I was. I know some mothers are scared of a terrible experience, but come in with an open mind and friendliness and you may be treated so well.
