Our eldest son and I usually saw one of the P.A's who was also very helpful, caring and attentive, but relocated to another city. Dr. Greenberg was very helpful even when it was not convenient to him. A few years ago, another doctor on a previous visit removed a mole from my husband as a skin cancer concern. A few days later it began to bleed and wouldn't stop. When my husband called from work that Friday he was told no one would be there to help that day, but when he drove in from work anyway, Dr. Greenberg immediately took care of him and stopped the bleeding. I had a sudden onset of severe jaw pain that lasted a week with no improvement. Two oral surgeons were recommended by a local dentist. The first one did not have an opening for about 10 weeks. The second surgeon was Dr. Carey who was able to see me within one day of contacting him. He, his staff, and the entire office experience inspired confidence. After his very thorough exam he showed me the x-ray, explained what the problem was, and the treatment he could provide. He did not press like a salesman, just waited for me to process the information and tell him how I would like him to proceed. The next day he performed the surgery which had some above average challenges. Every aspect of my encounter with Dr. Carey and his staff was first class. When I called Dr. Halls office, the receptionist, April was really pleasant and informative. She called me back soon as she had some information for me to make decision on whether or not I wanted to come in on the same day. I took the earliest available appointment. Soon as I got there, they had me in right away. The new patient paper work was simple. The doctor saw me right away and listened to my problem and asked questions after I was done. He then presented me with a solution to my problem, gave me different options and explained all the advantages and disadvantages. He also had them configure cost for each one and gave me time to think about my options. They also offered finical assistance, like care credit. Fortunately I didn't need and was able to pay up front because the prices were reasonable. The doctor started right away and offered numbing if I requested. I don't like how the numbing last for a long time, so I opted out. He was really gentle and took the appropriate time to finish the job. Afterwards he asked me if I liked it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place.
