He has…read morealways greeted us with a smile, taken the time to ask how we're doing, and kindly and patiently listened and responded to all of our concerns, including treatment side effects, for our youngest son when he was a patient and my husband. Our eldest son and I usually saw one of the P.A's who was also very helpful, caring and attentive, but relocated to another city. Dr. Greenberg was very helpful even when it was not convenient to him. A few years ago, another doctor on a previous visit removed a mole from my husband as a skin cancer concern. A few days later it began to bleed and wouldn't stop. When my husband called from work that Friday he was told no one would be there to help that day, but when he drove in from work anyway, Dr. Greenberg immediately took care of him and stopped the bleeding. Dr. Greenberg's professionalism, integrity and genuine care mean the world to us when addressing family health concerns. We look forward to Dr. Judah Greenberg's continued care.

I got a botched LASIK job in ATL, and went for a opinion here. My issues were exactly those referred to in military guidelines compounded by large pupils and vitreous detachments in both eyes. My questions must have been spot on. I believe this bc upon my departure, i walked out with one of their " release" forms. Some goon ran out and demanded it back. Lasik was a big money maker. Lasek is the surgery i should have gotten. Yet Lasek is more painful as there is no flap. Eisner defended LASIK and he should bc it has it's positives like easy tune ups post initial ablation, but he failed to grasp that in my case, LASIK was not ideal or perhaps neither choice was. Not once did Eisner acknowledge the militarys views as well as Dr Gaytons. An open mind instead of fear is the way.

Instead of receiving the courteous, efficient service that every patient is entitled to, I was repeatedly interrupted, dismissed, and hung up on not once, but twice. Let me be very clear: this is unacceptable. As a paying patient, I have rights that are not optional, rights that are protected by law, and rights that should be honored by any healthcare facility that claims to operate with integrity. Your receptionist was not only rude but clearly overwhelmed or unwilling to fulfill her basic responsibilities. If patient care is secondary to whatever else she was prioritizing, then perhaps this profession which is rooted in compassion, diligence, and trust is not the right fit for her. Let's not forget: the Hippocratic Oath exists for a reason. If healthcare is not a priority at your facility, you should not be in this field. Period. I am a woman with the education, experience, and awareness to recognize malpractice, patient neglect, and plain disrespect when I see it and I will not tolerate it. Furthermore, I recommend your staff brush up on the Patient's Bill of Rights particularly the right to be treated with dignity, to receive accurate information, and to access proper communication without hostility or delay. The behavior I experienced falls far below that standard, and I will be documenting and reporting it accordingly. I wouldn't recommend your practice to anyone and certainly not to a dog. Do better.

When I returned for my exam., with my insurance and discounts, Detria was able to not only save me money but used the insurance allowance to get me all I wanted and only left 1.00 on the table.
