As a 44 year old mother of 3 I can say Dr. Koach has allowed me to feel as youthful on the outside as I do on the inside. Its been a gift! That was a waste over 12k, and now I'm horrified by the way my ears look. I would also note Dr. Carlisle did an upper bleph on me before he joined Koch & Carlisle, and it left horrible scarring. I was allergic to the sutures they used, I had even complained to his nurse at the time who told me just to stop using some ointment I had been prescribed. I did, but turns out it was from the sutures. Dr. Carlisle had gone on vacation after this was done, so hence the lack of after care. Anyway. Two bad experiences from two different providers. I would not recommend.

It was good but I had a amazing experience with Krystal in Ankeny. She was attentive, informative and made sure to enter my points into Allé. Krystal took her time doing my facial and I actually felt like I got a facial with her because my skin immediately started flaking after which is what it's supposed to do. Will definitely go back to see her often. She gave me a mini tour on all the skin care afterwards and explained in detail the Allé points and how you can receive products with your points for SkinMédica only. I will recommend this location to all my friends and family.

I booked laser hair removal treatment at the Ankeny, IA location- my experience overall was good…read more One thing that is concerning is the staff turnover that I experienced- I had the same LE do my laser treatment for months and then she was gone- w/o any communication. It would have been nice to be notified that my regular LE was not longer with the company and ex person would be doing them- since then I had Ali & Kristina and Taylor finish out my treatment appointments. Each LE does the treatment different, so I had no idea what to expect for the last 6 months of my treatments. I had to keep asking them to do it the way I preferred. This was the only reason for 4 stars in this review. I have had a hydrafacial with Taylor since, and she is wonderful, easy going and explains the treatment the entire time. I would go back to her anytime for her knowledge and disposition.

The receptionist was very accommodating and was able to fit me into the schedule within an hour. The clinic/spa was easy to find and had plenty of parking spaces. Once inside, I was greeted right away and asked to fill out the necessary paperwork. Within five minutes of completing the paperwork, the nurse (yes, an actual RN) Kelly came and took me to the back. She genuinely listened to my concerns and we worked together on deciding the best placement of the injections for my desired outcome. She was very friendly and personable and even provided me with her cell number to send her a picture update in 2 weeks. I felt comfortable and in good hands. Oh, and a bonus....each botox unit is $13.00, but for first time clients, each unit is offered at a discount of $12.00! The atmosphere was relaxing and I walked out feeling very satisfied!
