I just moved here from CA and was searching out a new salons to have my nails, brows, & hair done…read more(I have yet to get my hair done but already know, I'll be going here), I couldn't be happier with my choice. Back home I had to go to 3 different places to receive those services so it'll be nice to have them all done in one place! Ashley did my nails and did a fantastic job! She took her time and was easy to talk to. She's the only nail specialist there so if you need a mani/pedi book early as she is very popular and it's easy to know why! Jennifer does brows and hair. This visit, I just had my brows done. I have very skimpy and short brows. I'll have to admit, I was a little nervous getting them done as the same person back home was doing my brows for years. Jennifer did as good a job as my girl did in CA. . She also does hair and asked if I had a person yet to do my hair which I hadn't found yet. I asked her about her prices and they were very comparable as I was paying before so when my "wisdom" highlights show a little more, I'll be booking with her. The salon itself is small but very friendly. I was only there a short amount of time, but I felt at home and like a regular! Thank You Ashley & Jennifer, I'll be seeing you both again soon!

I had my nails done in probably 20 yrs I was unsure what to expect. The older of the two men that…read morewere working there was my nail tech and did make me feel stupid because I didn't know what I was asking for. He also mumbled and didn't seem to speak English well so it was hard to understand him and he'd get annoyed when I'd ask him to repeat himself. I only had the dip done and they came out ok. No major complaints. My young daughter had a mani/pedi done and the woman who took care of her was great with kids! She really made my daughter feel special and she loved sitting in the princess chair for her pedicure! I'm hoping if I go back in, I'll get the nail tech my daughter had! I wish I would have gotten her name!!

I came with my toes already prepped for a gel pedicure with one acrylic toe. I picked a French tip in pink and green. After a while of back and forth i had opted in to get my hands done I wanted clear tips and acrylic with no polish on my hands. I didn't receive that instead I was given a manicure and that's not what I described. They proceeded to go back and forth amongst each other and I told them I didn't mind paying the total of $105 which was the third price they tried to quote me after I noticed they didn't do the service I requested. I called my spouse to confirm the transaction and to let them know I didn't receive the service I descriptively gave, the receptionist that walked in while Andy was doing my service proceed to yell over my phone call, she noticeably dint want me to tell about the horrible service I was forced to pay for. Without the manicure I was given my total should've been $65 like quoted right when my feet touched the water. Design skills needs major work. Never force or haggle a paying first time customer to pay for a service they didn't request or receive. I now see why they have 2 stars

She helped me decide on two different shapes, and absolutely nailed the one I chose. I don't know how she did it- but the waxing itself didn't hurt, and I wasn't left with what normally looks like hot pink eyeshadow. On top of all, she is super cool, played awesome music and had me in and out! Along with the waxing, Jade, the salon owner, has been doing my hair for a few years now. She always leaves my hair looking so amazing and feeling/looking healthier than ever. From the hair treatments, to the color and cut, to the styling, she does a great job and makes 4 hours feel like 45 minutes. Jade is a great conversationalist and I always have the most fun. Top Knot Hair Co. itself has the best aesthetic, and is decorated so beautifully! I am ALWAYS so blown away when I leave here.
