We are so happy that we all went here and had Castro do our tattoo. We live in Las Vegas and the tattoo that I got would have been double the price than what Castro charged. Then she was none too knowledgeable and took FOREVER to bring the jewelry or our change. If they can't handle some simple stuff like that... I know I will never step foot back into that shop. She messaged them upset and asking for a refund and the artist plus the shop blocked her. I've spoken with other artists in the area and showed them the pictures and asked for their opinion and advice and they said absolutely not and she should be pissed! Also said the artist who did it is now known to take on pieces he can't actually do just to get the money. I've been tattooed by the artist who did it and he has done great work but if your special is not realism don't take the client!!! Very unprofessional and I'll continue to spread the word!

I wanted my tattoo on my foot, and when I was in too much pain and asked for a minute, he paused for all of fifteen seconds and rolled his eyes the whole time. I had to wait thirty minutes before I could even get a "consultation", which was a joke, because he went and took a smoke break, even though the shop was empty except for me. The guy working the Mansfield location today came out and knocked on my window and started cussing me out for parking and not buying anything even tho i had literally just parked. So Despite being cussed out immediately, i tried to tell him i WAS coming in i had only just parked he....interrupted me and said he didn't want me to buy anything and just get the f outa here. Then said it was private property and "pretended" to call the police dept.... So i just smiled and left.... This cant seriously be how the glass house is maintained.... Hope they can correct the shitty customer service someday. Either way ill never go back.... if u are still considering shopping here call any location and you will get treated terrible without having to drive all the way there!
