Dr. Eric Bruechner was our vet during the 17 years that we lived in Mount Pleasant. During that…read moretime, I had 3 pets that had to be put down. With one pet in particular, I called the Doctor very late one evening, and he came to my home, and put my Pug down. He not only went above and beyond the call of duty by coming to our home, he wepl along with me and my family. He has a sweet spirit, and it's obvious that he loves and cares about his patients. Bruechner Animal Clinic staff are ALL very professional, and have concern for the family as well as the animal...taking into consideration the toll a sick animal can take on all parties concerned. One of our pets was boarded at this clinic many times, and he absolutely loved to come for a stay. Barbara, Sherry, and Diane are all three extremely informed, and when I needed to reach them, it NEVER took me long to get hold of one of them. I moved to Dallas about 1 1/2 years ago, and I only WISH I could find a "Dr. Bruechner and staff" here. This clinic was ALWAYS very reasonable - cost wise....and Dallas vets seem to be in it for the big bucks!

I was quoted a price for treatment a two days of recovery. my dog laid on a table for hours supposedly waiting on a qualified vet that I never seen. They never did the procedure a charges my card as if they did. it waa the same price I was quoted for the surgery that never happened a vet never showed up. this place really needs to be shit down. Thesw unqualified people decided instead of telling me there was no one qualified the euthanized my dog and tried to pretend as if she died on the operating table. She was never prepped for surgery. There was no shaving over her tummy no cut, no stitches. She was never ever going to even have a surgery they decided.was money and that's what they did My dog took my money. These people are murderers. I had that dog for seven years. She was deaf. She was my baby my best friend. She died December 31, 2023. My life has not been the same I ever see this girl. I've done this to my dog in the streets well we can all just draw our own opinion I I hope and pray that no one ever takes their animal that's in need of help to this place because they can't do no more than I could've done at home. There are a bunch of students that don't have they don't have a clue nor a heart they need to be shut down and if it's the last thing I do, I will make sure of that for my dog Dee if anyone has any issues similar or have lost an animal to this place To this place negligent, behavior or inadequate staff or any other type of that might help me get this place shut down contact me at deez79801@icloud.com or deez79801@yahoo.com or deez79801@gmail.com

Upon returning home, I was checking her over and realized her ears were disgusting and dirty. I called, asking about it. Thinking maybe I didn't add that on. They just gave me excuses saying she must have shaken her head and had all that drainage and to watch her because they definitely cleaned her ears. We had had her groomed many times in the past and her ears were always spotless upon picking her up. Very disappointed in their response. Basically "come back in and we'll look at them" to which I replied I was home watching my kids now and family was coming over. They acted defensive as if it wasn't their problem. Such a bummer. Now to find a different groomer for our 3 dogs.
