Brooks came the same day I called to fix a gushing leak in water heater. He fixed an electrical problem which was installed by a PR Electrical Company. They charged me approximately $500 and he redid it for $166. He just finished putting a sealant on my roof which had leaks leading to rot. He goes beyond the scope of work if needed. He is very knowledgeable and does great work at reasonable prices.

But then Tommy went the extra mile brain-storming , explaining things about trailers to us and got things repaired. He was very knowledgeable, kind and took the time to return our calls whenever we had further questions. We were impressed with his care and professional thoughtfulness! Mike did a great job reviewing our extended warranty with us. We felt very comfortable with him and felt he was helping us understand the small print! A repair situation came up needing the extended warranty. Kyle and Mike took their time together to investigate and worked it out for our best interest. In fact, Kyle set up a time the next day for us to come in first thing in the morning for him to examine our repairs. Edgar did an excellent job fixing three of our issues and one was NOT their responsibility to fix under the warranty! All I wanted to know from Kyle was how he would recommend I fix it myself. Instead Kyle said "We can take care of that in 10 minutes... no problem! " We were so pleasantly surprised and delighted! Edgar and I talked about my concern but he had a great plan, aligned it up and secured it just perfectly! It would have taken me for ever to do what he did in minutes! We actually enjoyed, just sitting and relaxing on Sky River's deck with our dog, watching Edgar diligently fix all our repairs while talking with their friendly staff as they passed by! The beds are comfy and I slept so well hearing the ocean and staying ON THE SAND. There is a dining area which can be converted to a sofa or sleep bed, a shower/tub bathroom. We liked cooking inside for breakfast. Fridge w freezer and plenty of cabinet space. There were three sleeping spaces in this unit; four if you convert dining area. I have to say the area on the beach (you book that with the beach) is roomy. Other family members had larger, newer rv's also from Oceano. Bring the grill, campfire stuff, and chairs and dogs. You'll have all the fun you need! I will be back.

Anna even gave us a restaurant recommendation for breakfast at a place called Penny's, and it was scrumptious!
