Thought the ski butlers might have been not needed and meeting them more of a hassle. But the arrangements were made so we went ahead. They texted they were on their way 30 mins before scheduled time. It was a confusing area (to us), but Lilly showed up exactly on time at our door with a giant bag of skis. She was knowledgeable, professional, and happy. She quickly had us in our equipment and everything adjusted. Since it was our first time at Park City, she also gave us some local advice. Picking the equipment up at the end was even easier and we just agreed with her where to leave it so they could find it. In summary, it still beat the onsite rental places just outside our door. Hopefully Lilly gets her hat!

Ski rental delivery service that services the Park City and Deer Valley area…read more Service: both the phone staff and ski delivery staff are top notch and knowledgeable. They come to you day or night to pick up and drop off skis. You pay a slightly higher price for the convenience, but if you're with family, not having to haul equipment around makes it worth it. They will also swap out equipment as needed, in as short as 20 mins. My poles were too long, I called from DV slopes and they came in 20 mins to swap them out. I also did not like the first set of skis they gave me, swapped them out for something else the second day after describing what I didn't like. Second set was much better. Equipment: you can't actually book a specific brand but only request them and they try their best to match based on availability. Website has a list of different skis and boots available. They have a good selection of beginner and intermediate equipment. For higher end demo (Elite) skis for advanced skiers, their selection is not as good as some of the on slope shops. Still a decent selection for men. But I found their Elite ski selection for women to be average at best. They had the top rates skis this season for men, but not the similarly top rated women's versions. After two days, I ended up returning my skis from them and renting from a on-slope shop that had more high end women's ski options. I would highly recommend them for great service, convenience, for recreational skiers and for men's equipment.

He also was available via text all week to answer questions we had about the equipment and to arrange meet up times and spots for the equipment change out. I highly recommend this service if you are ever in the Park City area (or traveling there soon). They really do rock!
