My wife got the chopped brisket sandwich. Well the ribs were good I will say that, the Mac and cheese was pretty bland, the pulled pork wasn't bad, now the brisket though, it was as if I had beef jerky instead of brisket, even my wife's sandwich was really dry she pretty much had to drench it in bbq sauce just to make it "moist" to eat. I'm serious....if you actually want good Mexican, THIS IS THE PLACE! l've been to a few Mexican restaurants around town, but the flavor is HERE. We got the gorditas, empanadas and panuchos. Everything was soo flavorful, the empanadas were crispy and cheese, the panuchos was cooked and seasoned perfectly and also crispy with awesome pickled jalapeño and red onions, and finally, the gorditas was freshly made and the steak was cooked perfectly. The owners were extremely friendly and kind, made our night!! Both the green and red sauce are great but if you love a little good heat, the red sauce is where is at.

I've reviewed Mule House twice over the past few years we've been going and despite the 30-min…read more drive, we've been quite a few times even bringing friends & relatives. Sad to say we're likely done for foreseeable future. In a growing trend, they've had problems with the beverage station. Usually, it's no unsweet tea but we've also seen the fountain drinks out of order too. For the tea, they say their 2nd tea urn "broke." Ok, you're making $2.75 profit off of every $2.95 glass of tea you sell. Buy another urn. Or - as some places do - get a 2-gallon pitcher, boil water, add three 20-cent tea bags & you're good to sell 25 or 30 units at probably $3 each! But the final straw is that they seem to have adjusted the fig-prosciutto pizza recipe, swapping in basil for arugula. And last visit, they put the basil on before cooking so their blazing wood-fired oven nearly incinerated the basil. Then, when wife asked for some arugula, they brought out some wilted scraps for her but then could be seen refilling the arugula bin with a fresh batch. There appear to be only teenagers working when we go - which admittedly is usually a weekend - but maybe the owner should check in now & then as they've now lost a fairly regular customer.

Absolutely wonderful . Nothing touches a good stone pizza, great hospitality and a quick turn timeread more

Everyone else I've tried at the "a dam food truck park" has been great, only two I haven't tried are the coffee one and the hot dogs.
