She stayed in constant communication throughout the entire process, and I truly appreciated her patience and understanding. I was renting a claw machine for a work event, so I had to go through the proper channels and provide additional documentation, which ended up prolonging the reservation process. Jennifer never once made me feel like it was an inconvenience to her or her team. She was understanding, patient, and helpful every step of the way. On the day of the event, delivery and setup of the claw machine were completely seamless. Our section quickly became one of the highlights of the event! The bright lights, fun prizes, and long line of people waiting to play were so exciting to see. The machine itself was clean, easy to use, and worked perfectly throughout the event without any issues. I believe the sensitivity of the claw can be adjusted to make it easier or more challenging to win prizes, but I would definitely recommend keeping it on the easier side. It keeps the experience fun, exciting, and encourages people to keep playing! We were also provided with play tokens and a key that allowed us to troubleshoot any issues and add more prizes to the machine as needed. I strongly recommend purchasing more than the included number of prizes--once people start seeing others win, the line just keeps growing! Overall, I had an amazing experience with PrizeLab and would absolutely rent from them again. I've already recommended them to my coworkers, friends, and family. Thank you to Jennifer and the entire PrizeLab team for making the experience so easy and memorable!

I showed Stephanie my example that I had and she gave me a quote right on the spot. She was exceedingly nice and personable. Since I was there, I decided to grab balloons for my dogs 10th birthday. The variety of sizes and color options for the balloons is remarkable! Once the first mylar balloon was blown up I was in shock the sheer size of it and was wondered if they would all fit in the car once done. Stephanie was extremely helpful picking out the colors and put together a great bouquet of balloons. Once all 5 balloons were inflated, 2 mylar and 3 latex, I was able to carefully get them into the car. The balloons were a great addition to my dogs birthday photos! I am looking forward to doing more business at this adorable little shop in the future. Oh, regarding the previous review where the balloons didn't stay inflated. Mine are still going strong and it has been over a week since I purchased them. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Bullshit. They didn't use a splinter to keep the slide wet. I ended up having to stand in the heat and spray the slide down with the hose that was supposed to be filling up the pool. When I did fill the pool it only filled to one side not the side the kids were coming down. So they would hit a dry spot. I was pissed called and was sent to voice mall. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bouncey House Rentals and their incredible team!…read more Two weeks before our event, the original company we had booked backed out. I was in a complete panic and could not get ahold of anyone who could help us. With the event only two weeks away, I called Bouncey House Rentals hoping they could save the day. A gentleman named Jim answered the phone. I immediately asked if September 2, 2026 was available, and when he said YES, I was so relieved and excited! Jim then asked me what we needed, and I explained that CCAPP holds our Recovery Happens event every year, now celebrating its 34th year. We needed A LOT: a stage, speakers, four microphones, 250 chairs, 140 tables, large and small tents, garbage cans, and much more. We also had 90 vendors and a live band. On top of all of that, there were additional permit requirements that came up during the process. Jim never broke a sweat! He was calm, reassuring, knowledgeable, and incredibly hands-on throughout the entire process. He even helped us navigate the permit requirements and made sure everything was taken care of. Bouncey House Rentals went above and beyond. They were able to place everything we needed, including equipment across the street at Bishop Gallegos Square, where we provide a FREE pancake breakfast every year for anyone in the community. This year, we welcomed more than 3,000 people to our event, and we are incredibly grateful to have had a company that was there every step of the way. Jim and his team gave us something we desperately needed during a very stressful situation: PEACE OF MIND! Honestly, I think Bouncey House Rentals should change their name to "Peace of Mind Rentals!" I also want to give a huge thank-you to Jim's assistant, Ronda. She was absolutely wonderful and was even working with me on her day off to make sure everything was taken care of. That kind of dedication means so much. CCAPP truly appreciates the entire Bouncey House Rentals team. You helped make our 34th Annual Recovery Happens event a huge success, and we are so thankful for everything you did for us and our community. And the best part? We have already locked in Bouncey House Rentals for next year's event! Thank you, Jim, Ronda, and the entire Bouncey House Rentals team, for being so amazing, dependable, and reassuring when we needed you most. We appreciate you more than you know!
