Many are designer, so don't be surprised at the price tag, but there IS a section of cheaper dupes (that's the section I stay in!). I've gotten a few gorgeous shoes that look just like higher-end ones. Lots of lace-ups, which are really in right now! Under $35. The owner is very helpful and goes out of her way to find you something in your size and your price point. I once texted the store inquiring if they had a specific shoe from their instagram in my size, and they put it on hold without me even asking! The service is great without being pushy about making a purchase. It could be difficult to find and parking can be a headache. But once you get your shoe-shopping therapy, you'll forget about everything else!

We came across two very helpful fantastic sales associate Tracy and Susy who helped us with our purchases on this particular day. Unfortunately, the shoe department here and their staff while they are very well staffed could not be bothered and never approached us at any point in time. It is unfortunate because we ended up buying shoes from the Neiman Marcus at Bal Harbor instead. The store is absolutely beautiful and has everything you could possibly need and then some it was great to see such a huge selection of not only shoes, but also the fine high jewelry pieces. I would definitely come back here again and go see and work with those two wonderful sales associate ladies!!

Basically at the other end of the mall from Nordstrom. There is street parking near Neiman's.

Also had a cute pair of boots that would work with my outfit but they were out of my size. The woman helping me apologized, asked for a picture of my outfit, asked for the wedding dress code, and suggested some good alternatives in the store. I awkwardly explained those were too femme or high heeled for me to feel comfortable. She totally understood, empathized, and made me feel entirely normal and at ease with that. It was just a really nice interaction. And the options in store, for most people, looked really cute. A very good experience even though it didn't work out this time. My wife proceeded to order a dress online for my daughter thinking that they were just messed up cause maybe other women trying them on etc. we received the dress and the size wasn't appropriate so I return it to the international mall Location. The girl that was working Nov 6 hung it on a holder and looked at it up, down, inside out front, back, edges. I've never seen anyone ever look at a dress like it was counterfeit money. The employee was a tall young skinny girl that was passive aggressive with me and said we can't return your money because it has runs and scuffs. I said look at all of your dresses this is how they come. I grabbed dresses randomly from the rack and showed her that they all had scuffs and runs. She said sorry return it back online and that was it. Apart that the dresses were damaged the customer service was poor. I definitely won't recommend any of my daughter's friends parents to shop there.
