Had bought a pair Nunn Bush KDR here and the sole started coming off on one shoe, stopped in just…read moreto ask if there was a warranty on the shoes or did I need to go to the manufacturer about the issue with shoes the cashier said hold on and asked the manager Joshua what to do and he said just replace them. So I had my wife come in with our children so she could help me find a pair to replace them, we looked around and could not find them so we found another pair with the same price point so we took them up front and she had to have Joshua come up front for the exchange since they were a different pair which wasn't a problem until Joshua came up there and asked where the shoes were and I was like there right here and he was like what kind are they and we told him KDR'S and he said you didn't get them here we don't sell that brand and we told yes we did cause your the one that helped us because you were joking with our 6 children and was he was still point blank telling us very arrogantly in front of our children and six customers in line telling us that we were lying that they don't sell that brand and he's been here for 7 years and knows for a fact that we didn't buy them here. So I told him to look up my receipt with my credit card to prove that we bought them here and he was like we can't do that still very arrogantly and yes still in front of everyone. So I said ok I'll bring back my receipt to prove it to you and the look he gave was like yeah right. Well guess what I came home and have found my box and receipt. Well I have now contacted their corporate office and my wife has post on their web site also. The point of the fact is don't call a paying customer a liar in front of his family and other customers cause it shows just how this company takes care of their paying customers. So if you want arrogance and to be made out to be the bad guy in front of total strangers just try doing a return at this location.

My Granddaughter was so thrilled with the shoes after they were finished that I took my daughter to get shoes with Brandy's help. She has problems getting good shoes because of health issues. Again it was Brandy to our rescue. She has a background that makes her able to help pick the shoes that will fit and be comfortable for the lifetime of the shoe. Thanks to Brandy Reed my 12 year old granddaughter has 2 pair of shoes she can wear with her braces for the first time in her short life. To a young girl that is huge. THANK YOU BRANDY REED ! It is insane how much Buff City has branched out as much as it has in such a short amount of time, so seeing this business thrive and to become as successful as it has is pretty neat. As far as the Jackson location, it is nicely organized, a decent size. I like that it is not overly cluttered and you have space to move around in it. I think some of the other locations I have been to are a bit more crowded. They have a section that offers local flavors, and other varieties sectioned off between neutral scents and more seasonal scents. Customer service was good. I think for our interaction, it fit the bill and we had a goodtime talking and them teaching me about their product. Also, I enjoyed getting my shea butter made. It was an interesting interactive experience.
