The waves were rib cage high and feathering on the outside. The board really impressed me on how well it rode in quality waves. I came in this store on the evening of November 11, around 5pm. The store was organized and clean…read more I was greeted by Debra, who immediately asked about my swim needs. I told her that I was going to Hawaii and needed a simple, classic black swimsuit. She immediately took me to prints. I said that black was what I wanted, so she took me to black. I also said that I was a fan of Bleu|Rod Beattie (sp?) because I had previously purchased a few suits from that line at Swim 'n Sport. Instead of letting me browse, Debra kept inserting her suggestions into my line of view. Some I liked, some I didn't. She continued to take me to the printed suits. I continued to say they weren't my taste. This was starting to get annoying. I finally chose a print to appease her. When I started in the fitting room, I knew immediately which suits were and were not right. With a suit on, I called to her and asked if there was a bottom that fit a bit higher. The other salesclerk (who was standing behind the counter) said I needed to come out to show them what I was wearing. I refused. (Mind you, she wanted me to walk out of the dressing room where I would be exposed to ANYONE walking past outside the store whilst clad in a bikini that was unflattering). She insisted. Again, I refused. At this point, she was annoyed. Needless to say, at this point I was annoyed as well. I tried on a few pieces and all the while Debra continued to show me pieces that I had already browsed (and politely refused). She never truly LISTENED to me and was obviously trying to upsell me at every turn. THIS MADE ME VERY IRRITATED. ***Because they have a no return policy on swimwear, I began to feel like she wanted me to make impulse purchases on pieces that weren't really my style.*** In the end, there was a suit that I very much liked from Skye, but honestly, I just didn't want to purchase anything from this store. The experience was so unpleasant that I decided to go online and purchase the same suit elsewhere.

Terrible Communication and Predatory Pricing…read more Early August of 2025 I had a deeply disappointing experience with the service department at BMW Motorcycles of Jacksonville. I visited seeking advice for seven (7) technical/electrical errors on my 1250GSA. The service agent was incredibly dismissive, refusing to even look at me or listen to the errors shown on the pictures I made from my display while I was explaining them. Without even a cursory look at the pictures and the notes I made, he quoted me between $2,500 and $3,500 for diagnostics, claimed it would take three days on the computer to analyze, and told me the earliest appointment was 6 weeks away. Fortunately, I sought a second opinion at RiderMarket Daytona in Ormond Beach. Their service was world-class: CUSTOMER SERVICE: With one word; OUTSTANDING!! They listened to what I had to say. LOGISTICS: They picked up my bike from my home in Jacksonville and transported it to their shop for free. EFFICIENCY: The entire problem was diagnosed and resolved within three days. FAIRNESS: The total cost was $34 all-in and a staggering difference from Jacksonville's $3,500+ estimate. The beginning of January 2026 I reached out to the Jacksonville dealership via letter to discuss this massive price discrepancy and complained about the arrogance of their service and repair staff, but I have received zero response. It seems they are as uninterested in customer feedback as they are in fair pricing. The service was so unfriendly that I would now much rather drive an hour to Ormond Beach than deal with a team that makes me feel like I should apologize for being a paying customer. It is a shame, as the time I bought my motorcycle there in CASH was actually a good experience, but they have completely lost my trust and future business.
