Unfortunately, what we encountered was one of the most disrespectful and disappointing experiences we've ever had at a family venue. To start, the bathrooms were filthy and clearly not being maintained. The woman at the front desk was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I was told--quite aggressively--that I couldn't walk my toddler on the skate floor because my regular shoes would "ruin the floor." Meanwhile, they offer beat-up, decades-old rental skates that were clearly in worse condition than any clean sneakers. Instead of addressing the situation politely, she shouted at me over the intercom and even blew a whistle at me in front of everyone. It was humiliating and completely unnecessary. We also weren't allowed to put up any small decorations or even bring in cupcakes to celebrate my son's birthday. To make matters worse, she became hostile when I brought in water for myself and my son. I have a medical condition that requires medicated water, and my son is autistic and has very specific needs for hydration. We were told that since they "sell water," we couldn't bring our own--even for medical reasons. That is unacceptable and discriminatory. The only saving grace of the day was the incredible magician we hired, who truly made the kids smile. Even children who weren't part of the birthday group were absolutely captivated by his performance. Bottom line: Think twice before going here if you're looking for a family-friendly, inclusive, or respectful environment. We will never return. But if you're looking for an amazing magician to bring the fun to your next party, let me know--I can't recommend ours enough. He was the highlight of the day and made a difficult situation a little brighter.

The skating rink isn't leveled and you can easily be put off balance. They don't play many recent tunes and it appears the owner doesn't care for hip hop music. Snack options lack but the place is a little dirty so I wouldn't order food here anyway. They play a few common skating games and the staff is cool. Again, only come here to let kids hang out with their friends. However I wouldn't recommend if you plan on spending hours eating and listening to good music.
