The second time I visited there were 4 or 5 machines that were out of order, but I cant hold this against them because some of these games are over 50 years old and it appears they have a relatively small staff. Normally 95% of the games are operational in my experience. The Speakeasy arcade has a great, fun atmosphere which might remind some of us of simpler times. I think its like $15, maybe $20 to enter and all the games are free to play. They have lots of classics like Pacman and Asteroids, a number of racing games and a great selection of pinball games. I didnt see any fighting games but they do have a pool table as well.

Went up there and didn't know what I wanted only have like 100 tickets. She's asks me what I want and I politely tell her I'm still looking. A family with a small child walks in and she asks them if they would like anything and they tell her they are still looking as well and they are talking with their son about what he wanted. I decided what candies I wanted and I say something like " I'm ready now". And with an attitude in her voice she says "just a second I'm finishing with them first". Despite the fact that I had walked in first and we were both in the same position just looking. I understand wanting a younger kid to have a really good experience but I was there with a kid too I mean an older one but yeah just rude. They ended up not even getting anything at all so all that nastiness was for no reason.
