We were only able to stay for maybe an hour because the water was so cold. Myself, husband, and our two boys were absolutely freezing. The water was not heated and the air was maybe 75 degrees. Very disappointing about spending over $140 just for tickets. If the manager reviews this, I'd greatly appreciate a refund or give my boys another chance to change their experience with heated water.
