I will never use or recommend Petruzzelli Inc to anyone. After my mom passed away on Mother's Day…read morelast year, I inherited her home. Because of the overwhelming memories of both my parents, I made the difficult decision to sell. I had never sold a home before and made it very clear that I was placing my full trust in the agents to guide me through the process. Dominic and his team assured me that I could trust them and that they would handle everything properly. Once we received an offer, the process initially seemed to move forward normally. The buyer's lender required an appraisal, which is standard. However, after the appraiser visited the property, communication stopped. Neither agent heard back for an extended period, and the situation quickly spiraled into chaos. Deadlines were suddenly at risk, stress escalated, and everything became frantic. At the same time, I had just undergone major arm surgery. Instead of being able to focus on recovery and packing, my wife and I were thrown into overwhelming stress trying to manage the uncertainty. We had to cancel our U-Haul reservation and halt packing because we didn't know what was happening. The delays were threatening the closing date and also impacted the property we were purchasing. To address the delay, my agent, Corissa, told me that Brianna would draft a 10-day rent-back agreement to allow my family time to finish packing and secure another U-Haul, and to help align with the extension on the property we were purchasing. I agreed and, once again, placed my trust in the team at Petruzzelli Inc. That trust was completely shattered on closing day. I did not receive my payment until late that evening. Then, on Monday night while heading back to the house, I received a casual phone call from Corissa that left me in disbelief. When I asked about the agreed-upon 10-day rent back, she stated that it was never happening and said, "Oh, I forgot the arrangement," followed by laughter. I went into a full-blown panic attack. I immediately called Dominic, who downplayed the situation and even went so far as to call me a liar over the phone. The following day was filled with frantic calls, offering no real comfort or solutions. Corissa later apologized, but Dominic eventually called back and admitted, "Upon looking back through the paperwork, it appears we dropped the ball regarding the 10-day rent back." Because of this admitted failure, my family experienced significant financial hardship. We lost personal belongings and precious inherited family heirlooms that were left behind under the belief that we had additional time. Being told statements like, "If you flip the property upside down and what falls out, you keep," turned out to be completely untrue. I have politely requested full documentation, including emails, text messages, and the specific paperwork Dominic referenced. Despite repeated requests, I have not received everything. Instead, I have been told they have provided all documentation and that I should essentially move on. Everyone has the right to share their experience. Mine was one of emotional devastation, broken trust, and what I believe was a serious breach of fiduciary duty. During one of the most vulnerable times in my life, I relied on this company to protect my interests. Instead, their negligence caused chaos, financial strain, and the permanent loss of irreplaceable family items. Looking back now, I strongly believe Dominic may have tried to bribe me for silence because of their negligence. Based on my experience, I cannot and will not recommend Petruzzelli Inc.

As we worked together, she knew about my list of things I was looking for and was super helpful sorting out the various pros and cons for all the choices. Machelle was always available to talk, she is super responsive, and she works really hard. Machelle is very dedicated to her clients and she wants you to be happy with your choices and she is instrumental in the process. She is a great resource and a wonderful lady to work with.

SaraBeth was a dream to work with! We were moving to Bellingham from the Seattle-area, which made…read morethings a little tough--we had limited availability to see houses ourselves, weren't especially familiar with the area, etc. SaraBeth was so flexible about always being available to show homes (and she showed us quite a few homes!), and has such great local knowledge about the area, both the neighborhood culture and the local real estate market. We wound up finding a place we were sure we would love, but it had competing offers, and we weren't able to get away from work to see it by the time we had to get the offer in, so SaraBeth did a preview and skyped us in real-time. She has a great ability to get a sense of what our needs were, and we were really impressed by how well her commentary matched what we would've said/thought had we been there to tour it ourselves! We decided to go ahead and make an offer, but we were waiting on the sale of our home, so it had to be contingent (automatically less desirable), but SaraBeth still managed to get it for us, and at a price we were really happy with! SaraBeth was extremely helpful with the inspection, explaining how difficult certain repairs were, how much they would cost, whether they were DIY or needed to be done by a professional, etc. And when we had our first buyer on the home we were selling flake out, SaraBeth managed to get the contingency extended (again, tough given that the home had multiple offers before, and contingencies are always a gamble). Once we got the home, she left a beautiful welcome treat for us. We LOVE our new home, SO MUCH, and we are so incredibly grateful we had such a savvy realtor to get us here! We don't intend to move for a looooong time, but if we ever do, we'll definitely be using SaraBeth again, and highly recommend her to anyone looking in her coverage area!!

I just wanted to establish a relationship with a realtor in case we did see something we liked. Jenni was perfectly fine with that and we had an excellent chat, establishing what we were looking for and promising to keep her eye out. As it happened, a property that we had been interested in returned to the market two days later and I reached out to her to ask for a video walkthrough. She was able to do that quickly enough for me to see it before we were out of contact for the weekend, which let us make arrangements as soon as we got home to come up and see the house in person that next week. When we had questions about the house, she went above and beyond to get us answers, including tracking down information the seller's agent should have provided (but hadn't!). Once we put in the offer, she made getting through the inspection process easy, especially for someone coordinating it from out of state. She was able to get estimates so we could ask for a reasonable amount of credit on the sale and all of the folks she has recommended have been top notch. We were able to close early in a large part because of her work and she made the whole experience smooth and easy (or at least as easy and stress-free as buying a house from two states away can be!). We're very excited to move up to Bellingham and start the next chapter of our lives and it wouldn't have been possible without Jenni.
