Replacing our hot water heater and more. I'll be honest and say we tried a few others for lower prices for all of them to fail and having to call apex to finish the job n mess from the 1st person that they couldnt figure out(like 4 different companies). Called again and learned that I was talking to an answering service , not the company. Finally, I called their emergency hotline after hours and finally received a return call informing me that they no longer service my area. I should have been informed of that on the first call being that it was a Friday and a heat wave situation. When they called they showed no empathy and complained of being overworked. We explained that we are in our 80s and they could've cared less. We do not recommend them . Find another company, there are good ones out there.
