If I had known my tattoo would actually take 10 hours and not 8, I wouldn't have had it done as I am on a budget (and you pay by hour). But now I have 8 hours worth of work and my tattoo isn't finished so I have no choice but to save up until I can go back. I have 2 friends who had tattoos done here and the exact same thing happened to them. At other tattoo places, if they exceed the quoted time then the rest of the tattoo is free, but not here. Furthermore, the tattoo artists' friends are allowed to come and go in the studio as they please (despite the artists saying you are not allowed to bring anyone in because of hygiene reasons), so if you are getting a part of you tattooed that you wouldn't want the general public to see, I would not recommend this place.

My husband who is a surgeon had me seen privately by a burns specialist who told me my skin had been damaged 3rd degree burns. The treatment was extremely painful I felt she had used a Brillo pad on my face as my skin was left red raw my skin had come off my face leaving me with 3rd degree burns, more pigmentation darken skin damage to my face, no aftercare only over the phone, it was only now that I am taking legal action they have decided to see me in person. The Zaheeda skin products dose not work as I have spent hundred of pounds and also stinks as its gone off. Please don't be fooled by location as I was or part with your hard earn money. As a recovering cancer patient which I explained during my consultation I was told it was something they can treat, happy to take my money upfront £990, would've appreciated if they told me they couldn't treat me I would not look like a battered wife after only two treatment, the third I cancelled as it was clear that they had damaged my skin and demanded a refund for last treatment. I never lost my confidence during my cancer as I do now looking in the mirror every day hiding under thick makeup, close doors. I am now having to pay £12000 to have this reverse privately as a self paid patient also taking legal action against this company. Avoid this company, very unprofessional staff as I wish I never trusted them. As a recovering cancer patient I feel this treatment and experience has left me traumatised mentally and physically. A week before the Bank Holiday weekend, I have decided to book myself in for a peel in preparation for a short city break with my sister and best friend. I have called up Aesthetics Lab and booked myself in for a consultation, followed by the peel. At arrival I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist who gave me an online questionnaire to fill in. It took me 10 to 12 minutes to finish. I did arrive early for my appointment, so I had plenty of time to kill. Joanna, very lovely and extremely helpful, discussed with me my skin history, problems and needs. Once we agreed on the treatment for my skin (we both agreed that my skin is dull & congested), I have been taken to the treatment room, where I met a very lovely aesthetician. I lied down on the bed, got tucked in & was ready for my peel. First my skin was preped by cleaning my skin & cleansed. A simple procedure, however it feels really nice when done by somebody else. Its time for the peel! A specifically selected (for my skin type) liquid peel was smoothly brushed on my skin. I had to stay with the peel on my skin for couple of minutes. It felt a bit itchy and stingy as it was working its way into my skin. The peel was removed & my skin was prepared for the 2nd part of my treatment: LED lights. This was my favourite part as it felt like you were bathing under the sun. After the treatment my skin felt a bit tight, however this went away after couple of hours. I have to say that that my skin feels like a baby's skin and very happy with the end result. The whole treatment lasted around an hour & even my black heads from my nose were removed.
