The waiting time between each session was 7 to 8 weeks, which made the whole process very long and frustrating. After completing the package, I asked why there wasn't more progress. I was told it could be due to my skin, the ink, or just "how my body reacts" -- but I never received any clear answers. Despite my doubts, I trusted them and purchased a second package. Again, the results were extremely minimal. After two years and two full packages, I was told to try a different clinic with a different machine. I did -- and the results after just one session were immediately noticeable. After two sessions there, the difference was huge. The specialist at the second clinic was even shocked when I explained I had already been doing laser for two years -- she couldn't help but laugh and said the tattoo should have been gone long ago. I reached out to the original clinic to ask for some kind of gesture -- a refund, a discount, or help with ongoing treatment -- and they refused. After spending so much time and money for very little result, I felt completely let down. The staff and service were disappointing, and I can't recommend this clinic based on my experience.

First of all they offer a FREE consultation which is great, they really try to find out what it is you are looking for in a treatment. I went in a bit blind as I knew this was something I wanted done around my buttocks area but didn't really know much about what was involved and although I did a lot of research online it's nice to be able to speak to a human being one to one with no obligation. The treatment day itself was great! They really make you feel comfortable here and make the experience an enjoyable one, the clinic is nice and clean and the staff are friendly, I had no problems here. The treatment itself feels like a warm massage! I'm pretty good with pain anyway and I was expecting a little, but there was none! The result I got was almost instant too, I definitely felt like I looked firmer and less cellulitey. They recommend 6 treatments though, I only booked 3 to start with to see if it was for me else it can get quite pricey. But I definitely think you get your money's worth. I would recommend.

Had a brilliant haircut at Drakes today. Although living in the area for the past few years, I'd…read morenever been... until today. The hairdresser who cut my hair (I forgot his name, sorry!) was super friendly, approachable and easy to chat with (and I normally find small talk forced). I got a standard haircut ("hair styling") and they did a great job if I may say so myself. I also got a free shave (just with a trimmer instead of a full wet shave which would have been £30) and a 10% thanks to Yelp! One thing that would really make Drakes 5 stars is if they improved their entrance / waiting room. When you enter you're not sure which room to go to (there are two, excluding the waiting room which is in the back). I had to ask for help from a hairdresser who set up an appointment and when I came back instructed me to the waiting room. It was also a bit strange and informal (an employee was having a beer in there... nothing wrong but I would have loved one too!). All in all. Good haircut even if it's slightly on the expensive side.

I regularly get my haircut here by a guy, who, I have to say has given me some of the best haircuts ever. I've also had a facial and manicure here, which were both amazing. It was my first time and I was made to feel relaxed and comfortable. I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep on the table. Prices are fairly high, but not unreasonable. Ask for a loyalty card, as you may get hooked, and the eleventh haircut is free!

On exiting the clinic I was chased down the escalator by a staff member saying I still had another £100.00 to pay for the pleasure. Had I known a simple 15 minute consultation would cost that much I wouldn't have booked it in the first place. It's not clear from the site that you will be required to pay an additional £100.00 for the appointment, nor did any of the staff ever mention it over the phone when taking the booking. 'Shocking' is the word. I had to reschedule my appointment three times and at no point was there any mention that I would be charged an additional £100.00 on top of the £50.00 fee Private or not, that is an insane amount for a 15 minute chat. I understand businesses have high overheads in London and salaries to pay but really?!? £150.00 for 15 minutes?!? I went for the exact same treatment whilst living in Barcelona. The consultation was €70 or free since I went ahead with the treatment which came to €140.00. Sk:n want to charge me over £300 for the exact same procedure. I'd be cheaper flying to Spain for the day to get it done. Disappointed to say the least. Sorry but severely over priced and misleading.
