Horlando was a fantastic supervisor, making sure everything got done correctly and even coming out and doing work himself when needed. Stephany was a pleasure to communicate with and navigated tricky scheduling with great skill and care. CS1 did not hesitate to fix some issues discovered by subsequent trades even after being paid in full, which for me speaks the most highly of them. It's almost impossible for any trade on a big job to get everything right the first time, but so few acknowledge that reality and are happy to make the effort until everything is right - CS1 is one of those rare businesses! This company really cares about doing the right thing but also achieving excellence in its scope of work. They rightfully take pride in their Level 5 finishing and their final results are outstanding. Highest recommendation!

If you are looking for an honest, experienced, top-quality roofer who delivers craftsmanship at a fair price, give Omar a call! Our home is on a forested slope and has a unique footprint and roofline, with some sections of roof quite visible from the entry. It also has an open-beam ceiling/roof deck, requiring knowledge and skill to prevent accidental nail penetrations that would be visible inside the house -- not a single one! Because we have so many nearby tall trees, our roof and gutters require regular maintenance. Omar was recommended to us by our realtor when we bought our house nine years ago, and we've been relying on him ever since.
