i was a student here around 7 years ago at least, but i left public school due to covid then soon…read morechanged schools. it was good kindergarten - first grade even if i had some issues with a classmate in first grade (and the exclusion and being treated like a troublemaker despite i wasnt). but then in second grade i got so bullied by my teacher, the supervisors, and my classmates that i have low self esteem to this day. i also got physically hurt once by a few boys (they bruised my legs) just for trying to play soccer as a girl. i just wish i was treated nicer there, as it was decent until 2nd grade even with the exclusion the entire time. please be wary of bullying if you send any children to this school. i dont know how it is in these recent years but i dont want anyone else to be a victim to severe bullying even by staff, thank you if you read this entire thing.

Sadly a lot of bullying is happening and it is not been addressed my child was physically beat and no one did anything about it. The principal was awful and she had feuds with the staff and parents, she was extremely rude and ended being removed from the school. The parking is limited and many have to park on the street which results in fines from violating the red zone, but there is nowhere to park.

The kids show no respect because they arent held accountable for their own actions, but she was in the wrong. Kids and adults need to be respectful to each other. The after school prisn't. That's in the multi purpose room isn't worth they constantly yell at the kids. It needs to be something done. Cause as a person who pays so much in property tax fees the schools aren't great. I love that the school has shaded corridors and hallways/auxiliary rooms inside each buildings with extra bathrooms for little ones. Unfortunately, the school can be quite dirty, I've spotted creepy crawlers in the adult restrooms and staff spaces (roaches, beetles, etc.). I don't feel safe using the restrooms sometimes.

" District School Site Spelling Bee Competition "…read more I visited the San Jacinto Unified School District Headquarters on January 30th 2020, to see the 2019-2020 School Site Spelling Bee competition with the Top 2 District Speller Winners from each school.The District had the Top 2 winners from each school for grades 4 thru 8 present. John Roach the Assistant Superintendent of Educational Services was the Master of Ceremony for the Spelling Bee. It took Mr. Roach almost 25 minutes just to read the many pages of the Spelling Bee Rules and regulations, which must be read out loud to all the parents and visitors at the Spelling Bee per California Education Code. The winners of this competition on the 30th, will move on to the Riverside County Spelling Bee Competition on March 24th 2020, at the Moreno Valley Conference and Recreation Center at 14075 Frederick Street, in Moreno Valley, CA 92553. Spelling Bee Master Renee Carbajal was on the microphone giving the students the many different instructions and words to Spell. 4 Judges, and Arbitrator, a Recorder, a Time Keeper and a Round Advisor, were the Spelling Bee Officials. The Spelling Bee Coordinator Benjamin Pla, did a nice job with his staff setting up and organizing the competition. The Students were a little nervous, but did a great job following all of the rules, and Spelling the sometimes very hard words, as they tried to win the Spelling Bee. A Very nice way for the San Jacinto Unified School District to Reward the Students, and show their Parents and the Community, what the Districts Goals and Rewards are all about.

But when my son started fighting back and protecting himself then they kept sending my son home. But the whole school year long never intervened when the other kid was bullying my kid. I called the district to report the bullying once I saw the school wasn't doing anything, they didn't do anything either. Once I started calling that's when I noticed they were singling out my kid and sending him home for every little thing. Somehow punishment for me having concerns for my child. If I could give this school 0 stars I would.
