I want to start off by saying, this location is under new ownership, so this is not a reflection on…read morethe past owners which sounds like they were great to work with. I had them come out to do some painting and staining which was being covered by my insurance company. Be warned, if you have them do work for you, they will not work with you on timing for payment. I was waiting on my insurance depreciation check to be endorsed by our mortgage company. The owner called me and told me that he needed the money right away so that he could pay his contractor. So basically he was trying to make the fact that he couldn't pay his contractor my fault because I hadn't paid my invoice in full yet (I had already paid most of the bill with the first check I received from State Farm). I just needed a week to receive the final endorsed check and I would have paid in full. So, I had to pay the final bill using my credit card which meant paying the credit card processing fee. If this is really how they do business now, then that means they don't have cash in the bank to pay their bills while they wait for payment from customers. This is not a good way to do business and is a huge red flag. My advice when looking for a painting contractor for insurance work, is to ask about their ability to work with you on insurance payments. If they are unwilling to work with you, there are others that will. I neglected to ask first and got burned. As for the quality of the work, the team they sent out did a great job. That's a reflection on the contractor, not on CertaPro themselves, so take that with a grain of salt.

My wife called 15 electrician companies and got a wait time of a week. I have 2 kids under 2 and both prone to health issues so we could not wait that long. I called Jarvis on a whim and now I don't think I will use any other company for electrical work. They said they might be able to get someone out today or early in the morning. I got a call back saying a tech would be at my house in about 30 minutes. From the phone conversation to the technician both very polite, super professional and explained everything in detail. The culprit was a blown breaker which was the wrong size for my system. Labor and parts cost were about average. All in all I can't say enough good things about my experience.
