    3.5 stars, as we had an overall good experience renting a car over Thanksgiving weekend. We made an online reservation with Sixt for a compact car and picked it up as scheduled. We could have picked it up as early as 7AM on Thanksgiving Day but ended up arriving around 11AM. By then they were out of compact cars so they gave us a free upgrade to mid-size, which was a brand new Toyota Camry...score! Loved the car, but I have to knock my review down half a star because unfortunately the Bluetooth wasn't working and the USB port also didn't output our phone audio through the car stereo, which was a bummer. We wanted to be able to stream music off our phones into the car stereo but instead we had to drive with it playing out of the phone's tiny speaker. I would give this location another star if they had an additional staff member at the rental counter. We were lucky to be only second in line because otherwise, there was only one employee manning the front, which I could see could result in some long waits. We ended up leaving house keys in the car, so it was a good experience that the staff removed them and kept them in the lost and found where we could pick it up the Monday after the holiday weekend.

    Erik Rodriguez was extremely courteous and helpful and even accommodated our request to swap out our car. Exemplary service, great car (we rented a Mercedes glc). For those who are complaining about damage - my suggestion is take pictures of any damages you notice before driving off and let them know. That way you won't be surprised if you get damages charged to you

    I just picked up my car from the location. This company is no pleasure to deal with (or, probably, to work for). Bare bones (but adequate) branch office. Overworked staff. They don't clean and prep a vehicle when it is returned, but wait until it is re-rented, so even though I have a reservation, my vehicle is only being cleaned now that i have shown up. What's up with that? I may be misunderstanding what's going on here, but it seems like to turn a car in, you have to get in line behind the crowd waiting to rent. Two guys who just arrived to return their car just walked out and will drive to another branch rather than wait an hour! I finally drove off in my clean car 90 minutes after showing up - with a reservation.

    We received the car with a huge dent in the front, there was even a hole all the way through the bumper.

    Worst. Don't waste your time and money, Terrible customer service. No apple pay. No cars. Worst experience ever. Go to enterprise.

We had a reservation made through a third party insurance claim. 1) We called several times to confirm our reservation, multiple drivers, and were told that we would be able to get a Tesla at $45/day. The insurance would cover $34 and we would have to pay the difference. Upon arriving we were told the Tesla is now $70/day. Why were we promised a different price, and upon showing up the manager questioned if we had even called them despite us showing multiple calls to their location and confirming we had talked to Jonathan. He repeatedly attempted to gaslight us about the conversation. I had emailed them to get it in writing, but they said their system was new. Despite this, I got emails multiple times from Jonathan, Nicolas, Elizabeth, Brenda, and Avery. 2) The reservation was for a mid size car but once I showed the actual insurance claim changed their tune 3) The manager insisted a Corolla is a full size car. How are you renting cars if you don't know anything about them? 4) It's $50/day at the enterprise 1 mile away. Why is the price different at this location? More importantly, why were we quoted a difference price when we showed up? 5) The manager refused to give us his name and business card. What kind of manager are you? I included a photo of the guy. Not sure if he even was the manager 6) Ultimately, he REFUSED to honor the reservation and give us any car We ended up going to the other Enterprise where Monica treated us like human beings, asking if we were okay after the accident etc. they need to fire this guy and make her the manager
