If I could give Sixt a zero, I would. This company has by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. In our rental in Nimes France, we requested to include insurance that would cover any issues with the car, as we were driving in a foreign country to us. We had a scratch on the driver side of the car and months later, we receive a 1500 euro bill from Sixt for the damage. They claim it is not covered under the insurance we purchased. They had an attorney reach out to us because we would not pay this ridiculous amount for a scratch. Their employees lie to their customers and their contracts are unclear.
