Doesn't the company only need one time repair for the scratch? Why charge twice? It is ridiculous!

We had some trouble with our accommodations and they were nice enough to call and correct the problem by speaking in French to resolve our issue. We left feeling like we hit the jackpot on car rental locations. The actual business is located in a quiet garage, the cab ride was about 14 Euros from our hotel in St. Germain, Paris and took about fifteen minutes to reach. I'm tempted to send the staff a gift because they over exceeded our expectations but I lost my contacts and I don't have the names of the two associates that helped us out specifically.
