Our rental from the Frankfurt airport sprung a leak in the tire valve. The woman working the counter at the Sixt in Hanau was quick and helpful to get us in a new rental without any fuss. We were very thankful for that after the stress of getting off the road during Friday rush hour. (This is the only Sixt in Hanau, the GPS falsely gives one located 5 miles up the road at the railway station,) read more
