Worst rental car experience we've ever had in over 20 years of renting cars for business and leisure. Upon returning the vehicle, Sixt claimed there was a scratch on the bumper despite us having no knowledge of the damage, and the claimed scratch being half the size of a dime (not even visible in the photo they sent with the invoice). Even though they said normal wear and tear is understood, they charged 1300 GBP with no recourse. Thankfully our credit card reimbursed the cost but this company should not be trusted. read more
