DISHONEST - DO NOT USE SIXT! We returned our rental car two days early and were assured by the staff at the Bilbao Airport that we would receive credit for our two unused days. Not only were we charged the full amount of the rental, but when I called to complain, they pretended they had no record of us returning the car early! I have the email with the return receipt. I emailed customer service AND called, they are unwilling to help. read more

I want to thank Sixt car rental company for stepping up to the plate and doing the right think in refunding me my money. I think you still need to get your agents to lighten up on minor scratches and door dings caused by other people opening their car doors in parking lots. read more

SIXT has been harassing us for a year for damage we did not do to the car rented in Bilbao. They refuse to refund our deposit. We always get maximum insurance, so would not be liable anyway. We will NEVER use SIXT again in any country in the world. Absolutely appalling service. read more

Bienvenido a nuestra estación de Sixt en Bilbao centro. La estación de Sixt en Bilbao centro se encuentra en Plaza Euskadi. Para llegar allí, tiene que llegar a la plaza Euskadi y buscar y localizar la Torre de Iberdrola, ya que nos encontramos al lado. Nuestra sucursal por el momento no tiene un buzón para depositar las llaves fuera del horario de apertura, pero una vez aparcado el vehículo en las plazas de parking de Sixt, se le pueden entregar las llaves al guarda de seguridad en la planta -2. Las devoluciones de vehículos se realizan en el aparcamiento de Plaza Euskadi en la planta -3, abierto de lunes a viernes de 8:00-20:00 y sábados y domingos de 8:00- 16:30.
